My third time staying at this hotel and will comeback. Great staff, very clean rooms, with folkloric decorations of Colombian artists all around. Located in a very safe area, steps a way from El Portal (centro comercial). Underground parking is available, the hotel was short of servers at breakfast, but food was available fresh and hot every single morning to help ourselves. The noise from the street did not bother us much.

Foreigners dont pay taxes in Colombia which means 20% less in the bill. I made a reservation directly in the hotel and ask if the final price had taxes included and they sair no. At the check in, they charge you full price of the bill (yes! Not in the check out as all the hotels). They did not give me the bill in that moment, I was tired because was in the middle of the night and I forgot to ask. 5 days later, I did the check out and I asked for the bill and they said they would send to my email. So I asked if there were taxes in the price I payed and the person said YES. I asked to give me back the 20% of taxes, which means to me 100 dollars. They refuse and said I would need to go to immigration. Then start the problem! I said I had no time to go to immigration and that was a mistake from the hotel not mine, so they should fix it. They refused again so I asked to call the manager. They didnt! Another person came and look at the bill. He said: “The price we charge you is a price without taxes but by mistake your bill is with taxes. I will ask to send you later a bill with no taxes (same amount!!). “ Yes, they will take the taxes out of the bill and they will keep the amount the same! (btw, the bill never came!) In another words, they will keep tax money for them, right? This was the worst solution ever! They will charge me the same and because I complain and they will take the money from the taxes (government money!!) to them! I know the person was not telling me the truth about the price because I had friends in the hotel (colombians) and they paid the same as me. That solution was very dishonest! Terrible service! The worst feeling about a hotel is the one you feel cheated.

When I first Arrived, got to my room, front desk and bell boy friendly and nice Customer Service! The toilet wasn’t working properly but someone came immediately as soon as I reported it and fixed it. Mattress are very hard, but what I dislike the most are the towels, thing, old and short. Not big enough! Other than that, clean, beautiful and great food!!

I just got back from our 4 nights stay in Armenia, and I couldn't wait to write this review. We were a group of 8 staying in 2 family rooms (Quimbaya and Montenegro) both absolutely beautiful rooms. Quimbaya is a stand alone room with 4 double beds and a balcony, and Montenegro had 5 single beds and 2 bathrooms; in between 2 other rooms. No A/C in rooms, but we asked for extra fans that kept a nice temperature in the room. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and well kept. The towels need an urgent upgrade: they have a mix of new ones and old ones, and the old ones have a musty smell and it's like drying with sand paper. The hotel bar is not what you'd expect from a hotel bar, is just beer, soda, water; and whisky and rum by the bottle. The game room is cool and we spent most nights playing games there. The pool was too cold to use and the Jacuzzi never got warm enough to be comfortable. The access road is rocky and uneven, we never dare to walk it so we always used taxi. Beware of mosquitos!!! Bring bug repellent and apply often, even before going to bed. They're inevitable and we all got nasty bites. Now, let's talk about their best asset: their staff! Lucia, the reception manager is so sweet and so helpful that we relied on her for pretty much everything, from arranging airport pick up to organizing transportation to the attractions, city center and more. She provided us with great information about the area, things to do, places to shop, etc. She always has a warm smile and great personality. Jesus, the night manager, was super cute and helpful as well. Janet was working the kitchen when we got there, tired and starving, and she didn't mind opening her kitchen early and cooking up a storm for us. Always with a smile, she kept up with the demand of this big group. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything we tried was delicious. But I have to give the biggest shout out to Damaris. She went above and beyond for us. She's is what Armenian people represent: kindness and warmth. My daughter got sick with the 24 hour stomach bug, and no only did Damaris make her a soup with whatever ingredients she could find in the kitchen despite their limited menu, but she called a guy from the next door farm to get fresh bananas for my girl, she delivered the soup to us and kept checking on her. Today when we checked out, she came by our room to say goodbye and we all had to hug her. It really felt like we were leaving our relatives home.... We were all sad!!! I can't thank Finca Valparaiso enough for their great hospitality and service! We can't wait to go back!!! Don't let negative reviews affect your decision to stay here and enjoy everything Armenia has to offer! PS: please tell Samba (the property's beautiful cat who kept my daughter company while she was sick) that Grace says hi!

Glad I stayed here - the breakfast buffet was amazing and I ate so much every day. Adjacent to a very nice, secure mall. No metro to this area but it was easy to take taxi/Uber to city center (traffic is bad during rush hour, though). Also conveniently situated near the road to the international airport. Nice rooftop pool, great views, functional internet, well-designed room. Staff was nice. Would stay again!

I live in Miami and was amazed how the protocols at Hotel Du Parc in Medellin, Colombia are so much better than anything I've seen since the pandemic. From the minute I pulled up at the hotel, all my bags were sprayed, sanitizer used for your hands (but not even touching the bottle, you have to use a foot lever), temp check, and mandatory masks. I was not sure how things would be, but wow was I impressed. All of the people working at the hotel take everything very seriously. The room was fantastic, very clean, and again, the service was outstanding. You can see the owner of this hotel cares very much about the guests who come here. He actually is downstairs a lot and can be spoken to very easily. On a sidenote: I was also surprised that they just installed brand new 58" smart TVs in the rooms. Definitely did not expect that after a pandemic. I will stay here every time. Between the service, safety, and the fantastic location near everything, it seems pretty hard to do better than Hotel Du Parc.

We stayed overnight in Medellín and hubby booked this gem. Right across from the Sante Fe Mall and many other places. It’s an older hotel but it’s very clean. Price includes a buffet breakfast. Jorge the door man is super nice and helpful. The waiters in the restaurant are so sweet. And when we got back from our day, we had cookies and a goodnight note waiting for us. This is truly an amazing example of customer service and pride in their establishment. We were so happy here!

ENG/FR Can’t believe this place is five stars. Don’t know if six stars exist in Colombia but it should, as this was quite disappointing : where to start? First you arrive and the reception people don’t speak English... great. Then they tell you that you can’t have any guest visiting you in your room... freedom away. The gym is one treadmill and one bike... unbelievable. The room service is limited in choice and very poor quality, And very very slow. Almost an hour to get your order. The cleaning is also badly done in the room (female hair everywhere, one towel is not enough, no shower mat...)which was the biggest suite available... The bed sheets have strange traces on them. And very important the TV is Low quality! No HD! It should be 4K. Also a Bluetooth speaker would have been a good thing. Anyway, bad Management, low level, high prices Hotel. Refund demanded and required !!

A good value. Located in Poblado, but tucked away into a residential area, it’s an easy downhill walk to Parque Lleras and about a $10,000 pesos taxi ride from the nearest metro stations. There are 3 restaurants nearby in walking distance or a cheap taxi ride or walk to plenty more in Parque Lleras. The rooms are clean, bathrooms on the narrow small side, but good showers with lots of hot water. Daily breakfast included is Ok.. not as good a spread as it should be, but ok to get your day going. Mateo is the bellhop and is very cordial and helpful as are the front desk staff. Pool area is adequate. And a gym. The bedding is very comfy. Quiet area, decent sound proof from outside and neighboring rooms.

As a Senior NYC Executive Lifestyle Hotelier this was an incredible find! The owners truly did their research, I am they sure ventured and experienced a number of international lifestyle hotels. There are so many incredible design take always and whimsical appointments such as the Daddy Issues extension. The architecture must be award winning. I loved the rooftop lounge and quaint pool. Rooms are absolutely well appointments and money as been spent on the curated pieces. Location location location!! El Poblado is a must stay neighborhood. There are award winning restaurants, bars and lounges. Nature lovers should consider Medellin and the city is lush and mountainous. I travel to Medellin every two weeks as I am looking into new businesses so I will be back to Click Clack. Also from a COVID and cleanliness standpoint CC gets A+! You can be assured from Curator Desk, Bellmen, Bartenders, Servers, Housekeeping, Security and Management all are on top of it. I want to remind travelers that operating in the COVID world is no easy task!!

My husband and I travel a lot, and we both felt that Sites was one of the best hotels for a traveller we've ever stayed at. Sometimes it's the little things: spacious rooms with conveniences such as kitchenette with table to eat at, plenty of outlets to charge devices (why is this always a problem in hotels?), large closet with iron and ironing board, VERY comfortable beds and pillows, a nice balcony, and plenty of light. Convenient amenities for the travel weary, including self-serve laundry that is FREE for guests (this is so rare and something we usually need when traveling for a few weeks), friendly, helpful staff who gave us great service and advice on places to go, and a very nice breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool with great views of the city. It's also in a quiet, pretty neighborhood that is conveniently located within walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and shopping, and easy to get transportation to other areas of the city (if you love coffee, the coffee shop next door is excellent). Not only was this a very comfortable place to say, but the price was very reasonable for what it offered. We arrived tired and a bit travel weary, and left completely refreshed, happy, and ready for more adventures! We love visiting Medellin, and will definitely stay at Sites again next time we visit.
