1.23km from Zaki Cocina AsiaticaForeigners dont pay taxes in Colombia which means 20% less in the bill. I made a reservation directly in the hotel and ask if the final price had taxes included and they sair no. At the check in, they charge you full price of the bill (yes! Not in the check out as all the hotels). They did not give me the bill in that moment, I was tired because was in the middle of the night and I forgot to ask. 5 days later, I did the check out and I asked for the bill and they said they would send to my email. So I asked if there were taxes in the price I payed and the person said YES. I asked to give me back the 20% of taxes, which means to me 100 dollars. They refuse and said I would need to go to immigration. Then start the problem! I said I had no time to go to immigration and that was a mistake from the hotel not mine, so they should fix it. They refused again so I asked to call the manager. They didnt! Another person came and look at the bill. He said: “The price we charge you is a price without taxes but by mistake your bill is with taxes. I will ask to send you later a bill with no taxes (same amount!!). “ Yes, they will take the taxes out of the bill and they will keep the amount the same! (btw, the bill never came!) In another words, they will keep tax money for them, right? This was the worst solution ever! They will charge me the same and because I complain and they will take the money from the taxes (government money!!) to them! I know the person was not telling me the truth about the price because I had friends in the hotel (colombians) and they paid the same as me. That solution was very dishonest! Terrible service! The worst feeling about a hotel is the one you feel cheated.
