For travelers by car, the hotel is very conveniently located on Gelezineo Vilko gv. On this street (three lanes in each direction), locals rush so that it is not easy to drive into it from the hotel. Stoyana is free at the hotel. We just drove up and left the car where there was a place. Sometimes there are no free places, sometimes there are. The room was ”standard” for two. Everything is clean. Entrance door on the cards. The windows overlooked the courtyard. The silence is absolute at night. In combination with a gorgeous, in our opinion, bed and pleasant linens, we slept for two nights as if they were killed. Due to the silence, one night, the opening of the central air conditioner was a little noisy, even though it was turned off. The room has: TV, table, one chair for two, two glass glasses, a minibar for the money. The hotel does not provide either a classic bar of soap or shampoo. In the shower, not a single shelf to shave, you need to put a razor and stuff just on the floor. Towels are enough. It seemed a bit distant to the city center on the map, but in fact it was normal walking, we walked several times. Breakfast in the restaurant is normal, no frills. There are two types of juice, decent coffee. At the reception, the young man does not speak Russian, and the girl, yes. In general, everything is decent.

Given our around 200 nights per year of hotel stays, this and last year being covid reduced, we are practical in what to expect and appreciative of hotels that go even beyond those. The stay itself was a terrible experience. The hotel was yet to be ready to receive guests. The room had practically no amenities. The room and walk ways smelt musty and stale, I assume since the hotel was closed for a long time. It took around two hours before most of the issues were addressed and I could sit down and relax to a drink and wind down for the evening. Aleksander, who was the night manager was the one who was addressing our concerns. A fine gentleman but I guess he was new and had not been told of everything of the property and hence he had to call the reservation cum front desk manage on everything. They did not have a GM. However, must credit them with the restaurant. The breakfast was super. But here comes the advantage of being a IHG property is that IHG does address the issues appropriately once this experience was reported to them. Thank you IHG. This it the reason I like chain hotels. One can expect what to expect and if they are not met there is someone who will attend to it.

The hotel is in a convenient location - ten minutes to the city center, across the footbridge. Nearby is a large grocery store, open until night, and a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport. From the windows of high floors - a great view of the city. And on the 22nd floor - a bar. We didn't have time to get to the sauna and spa. Minus - expensive breakfasts and not very good air conditioning. It is hidden in the battery and blows very weakly. And the windows don't open.

Advantages: There is a parking space and parking is free. Good breakfast, rich, extra bed, suitable for children, late check out. Disadvantages: The swimming pool is cold and very small. The swimming pool writes water at a temperature of 27 degrees. In fact, it is impossible to swim with water. The Chinese room is low floor and has no nightwear. Foreigners have robe provided. The strip of coffee provided is actually open and the opening is curved and curved.

There are always free parking spaces. In the evening, we had a tasty and not expensive dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor. The room is large, warm, there are bathrobes, slippers, shaving accessories and toothbrushes. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, necessary utensils. Small space for clothes and luggage in the room. Of the minuses - not very good soundproofing - you can hear what is happening in the corridor. Breakfast ended exactly at 10:00 - no time to pour coffee, as the machine was turned off.

Exactly as described online, the hotel is clean, tidy and in a great location. You are around a 10-15 minute walk into the action, which is actually a really delightful stroll. We had a twin room inc breakfast and for the price, you really cannot complain. Lots on offer, and breakfast is worth it just for the unlimited coffee alone. We had zero issues, perfect nights sleep and overall a wonderful stay.

Location of the hotel was just slightly outside of the town but you definitely can walk to the old town in 15-20mins thereabout and enroute you will be able to see other sights and enjoy the shopping street. Breakfast spread was satisfactory but the room was one of the best. The hotel seemed to have just undergone a refurbishment and everything was new and clean. Room was big with a tub. From our room, we could see the Three Crosses Monument. Sound insulation was good despite us being at ground floor and next to the road. Truly a great stay at a reasonable price

Modern, clean hotel. The room has everything you need for a great rest. There is a kettle, tea, coffee. Free water. TV with yuotube. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and even body cream. Excellent breakfast and coffee. In the restaurant, a very tasty soup of the day for only 3 euros. Very friendly and welcoming staff, helped me solve the problem with the things left in the room. The location of the hotel is excellent - within walking distance of the old town and supermarkets. Market, shops and restaurants are near the hotel. Thank you for a nice stay. We will definitely be back

Amazing people is what you can find at the Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Centre, who is funny, who is friendly, everybody is gentle, nobody is anonymous and I am very pleased by my permanence here. But today something happen that pleased me so much that I can not exempt myself by mentioning it. A gentle woman (whose name is Henrika B.) who had heard I had missing my (new) earbuds Bose (bought one week ago) helped me. She found, she kept and she gave me back her self the earbuds so that I can enjoy my run along the river or on top of the hill where Aukštutinės pilies Kunigaikščių rūmai is in place with an amazing view, especially in the sunrise and in the sunset (If you like to run and if you like the landscapes I well suggest it to you). I found the words to describe what happened but I cannot find those to say how it feels like, so I choose one for all: Delighted Federico Galante

We hadn’t booked in advance and came late; hotel was locked with no employees. But we called the number shown on the entrance door, talked to the hotel employee and were allowed to come in and get the room keys. Hotel is very modern, looks luxury, there are all the things you need in the bathroom. Hotel is in the heart of Vilnius, Gedimino str. Bars, shopping centers, tourist attractions, public transport are just around the corner. In the morning we were serviced by a polite receptionist. I would recommend this hotel and come back again for sure.

This hotel is located right beside the gate of daw in the Old Town. The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Rooms have everything you need, we had a balcony room with a fantastic view. Food: Delicious buffet breakfast. Service: Workers speak English, are kind, employed, without problems. Room/location: Classic sizes single room, standard but clean and careful. There are two elevators in the hotel. Due to the parking area (sand/stones) I recommend packing the tourists next to the hotel and only stop the bus to the parking. Due to the location of the centre, I do not recommend walking trips. The perfect accommodation base when returning from Latvia and Estonia. I was with the group, but I would also come back alone or in a couple.

This is my second visit to the hotel and the customer service of this establishment remains the best I’ve ever received. I would like to congratulate and thank the front of house for their professionalism and service over the the three nights I stayed there for the second time. My flight was delayed because of an emergency landing in Poland due to a poor man suffering a medical emergency and so I was very delayed and only arrived at 01:00 in the morning. I was starving and Klaidas ( I hope I spelt that correctly) in a matter of minutes brought me a plate of food and some drinks and it was very gracious and without any hassle. Thank you. Aside from that all the staff that I encountered where very helpful and showed a genuine interest in me that cannot be trained and wasn’t forced they really enjoy there work and go above and beyond. As for the accommodation, perfect, I’m not going to write about it. You can read about it on many websites, all I’m saying is that if you want the best customer service and an amazing quirky/modern hotel to stay in I can guarantee you I’ll be staying there for a third time. Thank you to all at Artagonist.

Good location, right next to the church. Ordered it because it is a chain hotel and chose a balcony room for two nights. It is the best and most expensive hotel in the local Vilnius. Room facilities are ok, but not comparable to domestic Kempinski. But then temporarily need to continue to live another day, the original room can not be renewed and the hotel front desk said it was full. Booked on Ctrip, given it. Thanks to Ctrip. Please note in particular that the hotel gave a triangular attic-like room on the far side, reached out to open the roof skylight, and accidentally met when waking up. Because I only stayed one night, I didn't bother to toss. Please confirm the room type and price with Ctrip and the hotel. The pictures are clearly marked. If you have no special circumstances when booking, please do not book this room type. That's bad. If you run into it, you must jump up and scold it for such a low price / performance ratio.

Staying at Shakespeare Hotel (room Romeo&Juliette). Couldn’t imagine better place to be 😍 everything is just great! There were slippers and bathrobes in the room without need to ask, some high-quality cosmetics in the bathroom including L’occitane brand, even bath salt (bathtube is huge! And the whole bathroom is like you enter and “Wow!”). Very high ceiling (4.5 meters or smth), spacious room. The hotel is designed with attention to little details, there are a lot of plants everywhere, paintings, decorations. Literally every corner is a place for a photoshoot. 🥰 Breakfast is great value for money! A la carte menu, fresh orange juice, variety of eggs cooked in different ways, crepes etc. Just cleaning upon the arrival could be better - saw some dirtiness in the bathroom when arrived, but it is a small thing. Overall I totally recommend the place 😍 our dog was also in love with the hotel!

A new hotel in the heart of Vilnius in a very well renovated historical building. Many walls have uncovered historical elements, rooms and corridors are nice, clean and well kept. Staff is worth another paragraph. After spending a few hours in this hotel we started to feel sad that nowadays there are less and less hotels in Europe with such attitude. Every person was very friendly from the beginning. We received a warm welcome and check-in was smooth. Bellboy assisted us with luggage without asking, even though we had only one small suitcase (very nice of him) and provided with all information. The only place I could compare it with, would be Sacher hotel in Vienna, because everyone is always attentive, friendly and it makes guests feel truly welcome. Minibar is very well stocked, with quality drinks, decent wine and snacks. Even though it was opened a few years ago, there are no signs of ageing and obviously the interior is being well taken care of. There is a high class restaurant, bar, spa. Breakfast is very rich and high quality. From gourmet selection of meals to order, to buffet with fresh juices, and (besides traditional breakfast offers) a wide selection of premium foods like smoked eel, dragon fruit, selection of cured meats, beef tongue, Treviso DOC Prosecco, delicious restaurant-made pana cotta and other desserts. Check out was at 12:00 and breakfast on a saturday morgning was also till 12:00. Parking is available in the yard, valet or in the streets around the hotel. Location is very central (near the main square in this part of the city). Building and interior are nice and renovated. High quality shampoo in the bathroom. Yoga mat and some sports equipment in the room. All in all - a true 5* experience, where guests get everything what they need without asking for it.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at the very well situated Domus Maria. I would describe it as being a no frills, practical, and spotlessly clean hotel, with friendly helpful staff, offering great value for money comfortable accommodation. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor which although visually attractive with good views from the skylights, are impractical for tall people due to the sloping ceiling presenting the danger of banging your head on the stonework. A little dissapointing not to have any English speaking TV channels on the bedroom telly. A others have mentioned the picnic style breakfast is a bit odd and basic, especially when you get a curried chicken filled croissant as an option, but as light eaters at breakfast it wasn't an issue for us. Overall this hotel is fantastic value ( we paid £ 55 per room/night) and is only a 5Euro - 11 minutes Bolt taxi ride from the airport. Highly Recommended

We were on the 5th floor with great vistas of the city. Our room was warm and comfy and we enjoyed 2 nights there. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was very nice but it was a bit pricey so definitely cheaper to eat in town. It was very handy for breakfasts just being situated across from a world famous fast food outlet where we went each morning. The hotel was well situated for walking trips into the city which we did each day.

This is a very different Radisson as it is housed in a heritage building and comes with a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Something not common in the usual Radisson luxury hotels. LOCATION: Excellent location right in the heart of town and opposite one of the most magnificent cathedrals in town DINE + DRINK: Lovely lobby-level bar. And the breakfast is an extensive affair with a wonderful spread of local and international food. ROOM: We stayed in Room 404, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular views of the Cathedral and town square from the huge windows!; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Radisson branded cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines, good enough for a simple workout. Nothing more. They also have a mini heated pool. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

So we caught the 3G bus from the airport to Zaliasis Tiltas stop in Vilnius, takes about 25 mins, when you get off it's 10 mins walk to hotel, cost 1 Euro pp, do make sure you get a ticket as they are hot on people who don't believe me! Anyway to the hotel itself, We've visited many former Soviet countries and as in all the others this was no different, staff rarely smile and the reception upon arrival wasn't warm and friendly, more efficient and rather cool, but please be aware we fully expected this and it is just their way and we completely respect that but a smile and more engagement with guests would be lovely to see. Anyway to the room, found it a bit compact with limited space for clothes and very few hangers for our 4 night stay, clean nice modern bathroom, no tea/coffee, tv with English news channels only, 2 single beds which were comfortable, windows kept noise out well, breakfast was average, toasters took an eternity, hot food was bit tasteless and same old, scrambled egg was ok, mushrooms, baked beans, small pork sausages and sweet pancakes all not the best I'm afraid , the usual cold stuff and cereals, again a little stale, the staff were very good at keeping things topped up. Turn right out of hotel and it's 10 mins over the. bridge into the old town and it's lovely. Bar prices were reasonable, I got a pasta meal for 6 Euro when we arrived and that was tasty, and there is a small varied menu available. Check out was easy, again don't expect any fond farewells when you leave as it's just not them, we were able to leave our bags there for the day as we had a late flight home which was very useful, for what we paid it was ok but maybe a shop around would be recommended.

This is amazing hotel with great vibe which located in city centre of Vilnius. It takes only 9min walk to get to Old Town of Vilnius There was a guy working on the bar/reception during evening, which made our stay special with his amazing cocktails
