Hôtel bien situé en bordure de la vieille ville, avec un parking pratique et facile d’accès. L’ensemble des prestations est en revanche assez moyen pour un 4 étoiles et nous avons notamment déploré un accueil assez glacial, ce qui s’est accentué lorsque nous avons demandé de réserver un dîner dans un restaurant (4 Pory Roku) : on nous a affirmé que cet établissement ne prenait pas de réservations alors que nous avons vu, à notre arrivée à ce restaurant, que deux tables comportaient une étiquette mentionnant des réservations. A notre retour à l’hôtel, nous avons ensuite vu deux araignées dans la salle de bain : une petite et une autre nettement plus grosse. De telles choses peuvent arriver mais, en matière de qualité de service, l’accueil devrait être nettement plus chaleureux, ce qui est généralement le cas dans ce type d’hôtel….

It' not the first and not the last time we have visited Copernicus Hotel in Torun. We love this place for our little runaways. Located close to old city, by the river - it's a great place for visiting and experience Torun. The room was clean, nicely prepared for us - daily checked by room service. Recreation area nice and open for long hours - pool and sauna. We have also had coupons to SPA which was a great and relaxing experience. Delicious dinner at SALT Restaurant - it's really worth to try! Torun is a great place to get lost for a while :-)

This is a beautiful hotel in the UNESCO Old Town of Toruń. It is an amazing old building with an exclusive feel and an aire of elegance. The dinners and breakfast are served in the downstairs - an authentically brick-lined dining area. The food and wine selection is excellent. The staff at the Petit Fleur are friendly and enthusiastic. It is more of an experience than just a hotel, and it feels like going back a few hundred years and staying in an old luxurious estate. I can highly recommend the Petit Fleur in Toruń.

Small hotel that develops on several buildings, so searching the room becomes almost a game, spacious rooms with a large and modern bathroom. Service of courtesy: In addition to a bottle of water, the necessary for a the. unfortunately the breakfast room in the ground floor suffers for little space (during my stay also hosted customers of another hotel). Frokost almost all salad. One in the common areas too many objects (armure, telephone 30s with keys, grammophone) that may create a certain atmosphere but are not necessary.

The Nikolaus Hotel is located in the middle of the old town, all the attractions are to walk. In ancient walls is a stylish chic hotel. The rooms are located in 2 to 3 boxed buildings with elegant staircases and passages. In the back part there is a roof terrace with bar which was not used during our stay because of the great heat. Bad armoires and many small things in top design. The owner led us to our room that was not quickly found on the ground. When we were going to take a taxi, we always wanted to order any one on the edge of the old town, by the receptionists, we were told a waiting time of 20 minutes. Something short for our departure at the train station. After several attempts failed to get a previous taxi, the boss personally led us to the station. A generous meeting! Despite these many positive aspects there are also a few negative points. There were no night tables and no lamps in bed. A lighting to read evening in bed, we had to bast by switching from steel lamps first. There were bath coats, but no hook to hang them, because you don't want to hang them with a sleeve in the dressing box. There were no hacks and only a mini-stop for dental brushes etc. That was not enough for one person to think of a second at all. The stylized bath, which first triggers a wow effect, proved very unpractical.

I have called the hotel to book a room. The price with breakfast for a double room was 400PLN (800PLN two days). The receptionist asked to make a bank transfer of 400PLN to book it, and I did. We arrived in the hotel, made check in and had a nice weekend in the city of Toruń. I would say that it’s a bit overpriced but very clean hotel. The breakfast had everything and once we ordered from the restaurant the food was amazing. On the checkout I was asked to pay 808 (price for two nights plus a tax), which is the full amount. The receptionist couldn’t find my deposit. I had to show her my bank account to believe that I have paid in advance the 50% of the price. Getting here to leave a review, I realise that the price via booking is much cheaper than this one I was offered for the same type of room. Funny thing, the hotel does not provide housekeeping due to Covid except if you request it.

This excellent, great value and well located hotel and restaurant is perfect for seeing Torun Stare miasto. Located on the edge of town by the river all attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is spread over two buildings, with clean accessible rooms, guest areas and restaurant. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Bedrooms were inviting, modern mixed with the old style building. Kettle, gingerbread and soaps available with access to minibar (chargeable). Reasonable on site parking (chargeable). Excellent price for the quality and will be staying here again.

I spent two nights on leisure trip over the weekend and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to the city centre. As for the room, even thou it wasn't huge but it was excellent, spotless, daily cleaned, warm and comfortable. Extended breakfast, friendly personnel. Easy check in and out. Simply Well maintained hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for locals and foreigners for a leisure or business trip.

I recommended this place in a company I worked with and we did a small Christmas Party here with people from all over Poland. It was nice, cozy. The food was delicious. Later, between 2020-2022 I had the opportunity to be in this place a few more times and I just have to say that was is even better. The food is equally delicious and the breakfast buffet is my favourite. The rooms are renovated, preserving their former mood. The place keeps changing for the better. In addition, it is worth exploring Toruń from this hotel. The location is perfect and the atmosphere of the historic place is truly amazing. There is no other place like this in Toruń! Will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Fantastic location, just in the very heart of the fabulous old town and very close to the river bank. You feel like being transferred in time into an authentic medieval town. A clean and a cosy hotel, absolutely top notch. Great food in the hotel restaurant. We spent there a long weekend and both the city and the hotel are absolutely worth coming back there. Torun is a real hidden gem. And so is that hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, you can walk 500 meters to reach the old town. It is only 12 minutes' drive from the railway station. You can ask the front desk to help you book a taxi. The room is large enough, but unfortunately, as the previous occupants said, there is no shower curtain and no floor drain, and the water is kept until the next day for cleaning. . . .
