The hotel lobby is fragrance the moment when we stepped in. We were greeted warm welcome by the friendly counter intendant. Thks and Appreciated, we were so lucky to free upgrade to the highest floor deluxe room. The room is spacious, clean with all basic amenities. Location of the hotel is great. Convenient to shopping n many eateries nearby. Overall a pleasant place for staycation.

Location is good for no lack of food. Near coffee shops, hawker centres and shopping mall(bugis). Have many selection and varieties of local food. Amenities not so fantastic. Bare minimum and there is no in-house slippers. Only have body towels.Shower area is very small, enough to house a 70 kg adult COMFORTABLY. Air con control is of the old type, non digital. 4 pillows and quite comfy plus mattress is quite firm. Only minus point is that side table is quite far from the bed on one side. The mini sofa is not for lying. Awkward shape (see photo with bag). Though many TV channels, very old shows like Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Net by Sandra bullock. has Chinese language channels and local ones HDB blocks are very close by so need to draw curtains for more privacy. No water heater as hot water is from roof top tank. Have to wait for hot water to come on after switching on like 5 minutes. Reception staff was very polite and chirpy when we checked in. Staff name is Xiao Xuan and she gave us extra room cards when we requested. Didnt spend too long at the counter as she was efficient. Great service!

InterContinental Singapore is one of the best hotels in Singapore. The room given was clean and comfortable. I love the smell/scent of the room the moment I walked in the room. It's spacious and the window is facing the pool. We were at the seventh floor and the view was great! The breakfast buffet was great and it's located at ASH & ELM on the ground floor. There were many choices of food and beverages. The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and attentive. They are professional and have given their best service coming from their heart especially the guy that helped me with the check out. This lovely hotel is located right above the Bugis MRT station. On top of that, Bugis Junction Shopping Mall is just next door. Not forgetting Bugis+ and Bugis Village. The overall experience is super excellent! Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel G! The rooms were clean, comfortable & I appreciate that the floors were so clean! Check in & check out process was really smooth :) The room was a little smaller than I had expected but it was so extremely cozy, really good for a recharge! Bed was also very comfy, I had a good night’s of sleep. Also, best of all, Delicious burgers are easily available! The hotel was in a strategic location where there were a lot of food & shopping area around so it was such a joy! All in all, I rly enjoyed my stay a lot & look forward to recharging again at Hotel G!

I pass through Singapore a couple of times a year travelling between Europe and Australia and the PERAK HOTEL is my first choice. I've stayed at far more luxurious hotels in Singapore but frankly for me the expense is not worth it. I've also stayed in other budget hotels there and most are just too basic or located where I don't want to be. The PERAK, for me, gets the balance of comfort, convenience of location, cleanliness and price just right. This is not a new hotel, in fact I believe that it's a heritage listed building, so the rooms while not modern have a charm of their own. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is basic but good, the public area is clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic right on the edge of little India and a ten minute walk from Bugis street. I took the MRT from Changing airport, cost is $ 2-70, changed at Bugis junction station and came out of the station less than 100 Mtrs. from the hotel. There's an old saying ”you get what you pay for” and in my view, given the cost of hotel accommodation in Singapore, the PERAK offers excellent value for money.

Second time back here! this time round we booked their Loft. It’s my partner’s birthday and they were kind enough to decorate the room and gave my partner a nice gift set. The staff that were doing the night shift was really good. We had a guest in our room so she came up to our room to inform us that she Has to go to the washroom for awhile so if we were to call the recep to open the door there might be nobody to pick up the phone. She took the extra effort to come up to inform us when she didn’t have to. Truly appreciate it a lot it’s the little things that makes their service impeccable. I forgot to take down her name but it was a petite Indian lady. This is one of my partner’s fav hotel and so we will definitely be back!

I had book 2 room for 2 days in Sandpiper Hotel from March 21 to 24 . But due to corona virus all flights has been cancelled . I request hotel to refund money but hotel refused. Second option given by hotel for date change. but hotel demands money more than booking amount whatever we had paid to hotel. Later for date change refused. I personally recommend to all Indian nations not to book this hotel due to their worst policy specially during Corona Virus Pandemic worldwide JASVINDER SINGH , INDIA

The info in trip.com for the hotel is not accurate. I book loft room. In trip.com stated 20m sq. The picture, looks spacious. Paid $146.30. Upon check in. The room look so small until no space for luggage. Upgraded to loft suite, which was 2 times or more bigger than loft room. Trip.com stated 20msq as well. Top up $40 cash (no receipt given). The funny thing is on the spot I went to try to check price for Daulat hotel, price was lower for loft suite than loft room (that gave me the impression that loft room is of equal standard than loft suite or better which entice me to book cause from guest point of view, we definitely go for best deal). Reception stop me says trip.com won't refund if I cancel n change room. So force with no option, I top up $40 cash. Got upgraded. I don't know whose fault is this? Daulut hotel for playing strategy to force me to do a top up for room upgrade by providing wrong info to trip.com or trip.com never do their work to verify room conditions. The interior of room was not too bad. The outside seems to be ravage by wear n tear. Balcony door rotted off, wooden window panel had rot holes. Structurally I hope the building is safe. Check in a bit slow. Check out was fast.

I made a mistake of reading the reviews only after I made the booking & it was non refundable. Never trust ig reviews but rather read reviews on google, trip advisor. Most reviews were negative and i can attest to some of it. Since its a boutique hotel I guess you cant expect a 4star service or a warm welcome. Strictly 3pm checkin. No deposit was required which was weird. Definitely ig worthy shots at every corner of the hotel including the rooms. Aesthetics wise, 5 stars. Room was thankfully clean & cozy. Netflix available on tv, another plus point. Tea sachets, showel gel & shampoo provided. One set of toothbrush was already opened with missing toothpaste. Pillows were thin, lumpy & has lost its form. There’s no telephone to call receptionist. Walls are super thin you can hear everything from your neighbours doors opening and closing to the busy road. At 4am you can hear probably drunkards shouting and laughing. As there’s a cafe here, it can get pretty noisy at night too. Feels more like a motel than hotel. This place does have potential but with a alot of tweaking to be done.

I arrived at Hotel about 03:35 AM. It was the time that all the people are sleeping. I was a little bit confused about my check-in because when I arrived at the counter he didn't ask me about my check in information. He just only asked me that I was paid or not and I said I've paid already then he showed me my room without asking to show my passport or check in information. Did he know me that I'm the girl who booked at 19th and arrived at 20th?? Maybe!!!🧐🧐 Never mind! The room is very fantastic and comfortable. I felt like I was in an spaceship🚀😅🥰. Since I was travel alone in Singapore I was afraid of sleeping at room alone. But the hotel is very safe .I really loved this place and next time when I come to Singapore, I promised that I'll book this hotel again ❤❤❤❤❤

Good: - It's near the train station (closer to Rochor than Little India) - there are a lot of restaurants near the area - Beds are clean - our room had its own toilet and bath so no need to share with other rooms in the hostel Bad: - the room is a bit cramped with 6 bunk beds, small area to move around. They even have 1 extra bed that would take up the entire walking area. Talk about maximizing the space. - the lockers are a bit small so if you have a big bag, it will take up the floor space, which meant even lesser area to move around - shower is a bit small, so when the water splashes to the door, water will leak out of the shower area - reception is not 24/7, I arrived there at 7am only to realize it was still closed. I had to come back at opening time (8:30am), but still waited for the receptionist to open the window at 9am. Why post the opening time as 8:30am when you are only opening it at 9am? Overall, I think the hostel is ok, if you need somewhere cheap, it's an ok option. You get what you pay for. Fyi, toiletries and towels are not included, you have to pay for it if you need one. Better bring your own. For PoGo players, there are two pokestops accessible from the hostel

Finally checked off this pricey but lovely staycay spot ❤️ To be honest, the $700/night range made me expect a lot and I’m really glad that my experience (kind of) justified the hole in my wallet 🥹 The room was fair sized at 39SqM but super classy and quaint, with fancy copper finishings running throughout the space. Very like! 🎉 Though … I wished there was more countertop space and a chilling spot enough for 2pax. 👻 The Living Room provided a very nice respite from the relentless heat and all day refreshments worked as a lunch replacement even though it was just salted nuts for me ☀️ Evening cocktails stole the show with quality bites, fancy tea-based cocktails, and great service. We waddled out definitely heavier but confirm happier 🥂 Super happy that we experienced the same great service as my previous Far East Hospitality stays - Farez and Hafiz were stellar and part of the reason why I’m so smitten by this stay 🎖

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

This was the 1st time we stayed @Broadway. Stayed from 27th August 2018 to 2nd September 2018 (7 days). Booked 2 rooms, one for my family (me with my hubby and 2 girls, aged 8 and 12) and other one for my sister. To be frank, I was bit reluctant to book this hotel after reading some of the reviews on web. I'm generally afraid of insects and cockroaches in particular. But I hv not seen a single cockroach during my stay. I must say that I had a great stay there. Room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. We were provided with clean towels daily. We reached the hotel by 9am - they allowed us an early check-in which was very convenient for us. Front desk was really polite. Very helpful & courteous staff. If you want they let you leave your baggages for safekeeping even after checking out too. Water bottles are not provided but there is a tap outside the room with hot&cold water - hence water is not an issue at all. The location is excellent. Less than 400m to 24-hour Mustafa Center. Also very close to Farrer Park MRT which enables you to reach Universal Studio, Sentosa, China Town. At the same time it's just abt 5 min walk to Little India MRT so you can travel to Gardens by the Bay very easily. Delhi Restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine but there are plenty of food options in this area so no big issue. Very good value for money. Specially when you are comparing with other hotels in Little India. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing much changed in the former Swissotel after the rebranding but still it is a very nice place to stay near the Clarke Quay and it’s countless bars and restaurants. Breakfast and service are still very good, however the interior soon could need a modernization - its not broken or damaged but still very much the same like before (when I first stayed here in 2017) and it feels like some modernization wouldn’t be a miss. However that’s just a minor point to „complain“ and I again very much enjoyed my stay here.

No contact check in/out was easy and fuss free. Though you would have to download the app, the hosts were always online and quick to respond to any needs. Cabin M may be small for 2 pax apart from the bed, but i stayed alone and it was just right for me. The shared baths were mostly kept clean as housekeeping would come by every now and then. Toilets were dependent on whether the other people on the same floor used it responsibly as well. Kitchen had basic necessities e.g. microwave, water dispenser and sink. Overall, I loved the location the most as it was very convenient to get food or to the MRT! Would be back again

Well located, really nice staff for everything, including informations. Bed was comfortable, good shower, breakfast simple but ok. The 2 biggest problems are the travellers who don't respect the sharing room after 23h00 (need a corfu or to be advise) and the room on the street side with a restaurant open 24/24, are to to noisy. You just get little sleep. Coming from Airport, with MRT get off at Jelan Besar exit B, turn right, walk to Dickson Road. We were provided rooms much before the check-in time of 2 pm, so , they are definitely flexible. Rooms are very very small , but manageable , as all we had to do in the room was come back after a tired full day trip to sleep. Cleanliness of the rooms was really good. Staff Aishah was very friendly and helpful! Room was neat and clean, except the TV remote was dusty and the hairdryer was old and had a weird burnt smell coming out of it when I used it - I was worried it would cause a short circuit. I was disappointed the shampoo pump did not work and the mini refrigerator was not cold. The renovation works were quite loud and every once in a while, someone would be slamming the door outside (both in the day and night). It was hard to have a good rest without getting startled suddenly. Despite all these shortcomings, I still enjoyed my stay and would return if the price is right.

Stayed there for a night fully paid using cash (not using singapore rediscover voucher) the boutique hotel is located just behind LKY Oxley home. Walking distance was 10 mins away from Orchard Central. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The hotel provides toiletries and we had our breakfast using the hotel voucher at Artisan Boulangerie Co located at Killiney Road which is 3 mins Walking distance with a choice of pastry and offered a top up of drink to large size at $1.05. The hotel is only a 2 storey property. Front desk staff was polite except that they were rushing through telling us the T&C and house rules of the hotel and there was a $100 deposit charged to my credit card which may take some time for the refund. Sound proof isn't that good as we keep hearing sounds of slamming door whenever someone opens their room door. Unfortunately the neighbour beside my room keeps singing like a crow and as the outerside of the showing area is partially enclosed, so we can hear it loud and clear in our room. Didn't get to use the pool due to the location as it is just right underneath the walkway to the lobby. There is no privacy as whoever enter or exit the hotel is able to just look down and that is where the pool is. Although it is clean and spacious but given the location and the condition of the hotel not being sound proof, I will not patronise again.
