Many thanks to the Adele Team. My family and I stayed here for 2 nights in October 2020. Without hesitation we will return on our next Pecs visit. Some of the highlights of our stay include: 1. Service. The front desk team were very kind. Our welcome and departure were handled quickly and kindly. And one evening we asked about a local restaurant recommendation meeting our needs and we received a great place. 2. Room or rather apartment for 3. Really nice and comfortable with a small kitchen area, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and well functioning bathroom. Very nice. 3. Location was just down the street from the central square. A 2-minute slow walk. 4. Parking. While I highly recommend reserving a car space (I forgot to), the hotel can help with on-street parking which they did in my case with a small charge. Thank you! 5. Quiet. I prefer quiet spaces and our apartment met those needs well. 6. Last and certainly not least was daily breakfast. The gentleman managing the kitchen was very kind and delivered fresh offerings to us each morning. The options changed each morning which was quite nice and appreciated. We had beautiful weather and an overall great visit. The Adele hotel and the staff played a large part in that. Many thanks for that. Jeremy

The location of the hotel is excellent, the atmosphere of the century-old building is beautiful. But the problem with the old building was that the rooms were a bit small, but the two had enough luggage without any luggage. The room has a small refrigerator, electric kettle, slightly old furniture, and a thin layer of dust on the TV. What is interesting is that the toilet in the bathroom and the water pipe valve flush the water. It is the oldest I have ever seen, and it is quite easy to use. The shower in the bathtub can only be held by hand, and the water pressure is high. Breakfast was a bit surprising, and it is not uncommon for three-star hotels to have such a rich breakfast. Finally, praise the price of Ctrip, very powerful! ~

This is my third stay at the Fordan hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre, shopping and transportation. The hotel is clean, quiet and a great place to relax after a long day of work. Most importantly though is the service provided by the staff. Everyone there is very nice and each person seems to go out of their way to make me feel special. I’ll be back again on my next trip to Pécs!

We stayed in the 4-star section of the hotel with my friend, so this review is about that part. First of all, the room we had was huge, and it also had a balcony, which must be great during the summer. All the receptionists and the staff in the restaurant during breakfast were very kind and helpful. However, as for the cleaning staff, I couldn't say that they were on top of their jobs. Our room wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen, and we had to separately ask either the cleaning staff or the receptionist to provide more shower gel and toilet paper - apparently, the cleaning staff didn't notice when things were running out from our room. Yes, it's a minor thing, but honestly, I don't really feel like dealing with details of housekeeping when I'm on vacation - I can deal with housekeeping at home. As for food, we only had our breakfasts in the hotel. The food was good, although my friend - who follows a special diet - would have preferred if the items on the breakfast buffet were labelled (if not with allergen info then at least with names). Also, when things were running out from the breakfast buffet, they weren't always replaced, or at least not in a timely manner. I can't really write about the wellness section of the hotel - every time we peeked down into the pool area, there was a baby swimming session going on, so we didn't feel like going down into the middle of that. (I'm not even sure if that would have been allowed. We noticed a timetable at the reception, advertising the hours of baby swimming, but I don't know if the pool area was accessible for "regular" users during those time. Anyway, I didn't ask. And in the end, I was fine without doing the wellness bits.) All in all, it's an average hotel with a much better than average staff (except for cleaning), it's nice for a few days but I wouldn't go out of my way to deliberately come back.

The place is an old hostel reconstructed to a hotel. Rooms are big, furnished with new furniture. Cleanness - on an average level - the was some kind of event in second floor conference hall and the remains of the Kettering that had been served to the participants in the space in front of the conference room were cleared the following day. Unfortunately, this is the first hotel I felt unwelcome as a foreigner and I felt like I was in a hotel reserved only for Hungarians. The reason - every signpost and signboard at the hotel, restaurant, spa is written in Hungarian. Including toilets and changing rooms in the spa. This can lead to quite unpleasant situations. Only two of the reception staff were able to communicate in a language other than Hungarian. None of the restaurant staff was able to communicate in a language other than Hungarian

We were there at the longer weekend. We have been never been in this area. The landscape and the enviroment the natur was incredible! We have made great walking tour and excursions. Only one thing was awfull: our hotel. From breakfast to evening dinner was a lot f mistakes: 1 hour before the ending the dinner we could not get only 1 dessert, because of the other 2 sort of dessert were gone. It was not a high season, so we did not understand it as well. Ok. does'nt matter. The room was dusty. Not because the room was not released for a long time. But because it wasn't cleaned long or long ago. And here I mean taht for a long time ... which is 1 month or more for an apartment !! This is not an explanation for a hotel! The glass was terribly dirty and disgusting. The bath was full of hair and not from ours. At the breakfast and also dinner was no music in the restaurant. It was very uncomfortable that our voice an words had heard for other 10-12 people, there is no intimate conversation! The building has a lot of damagees from outside and inside. The pool area was under construction, it was ok. we do not wanted to use. I gave this middle range only because of the beautiful landscape. Hornest to say...not recommend this hotel!
