I had an amazing stay at Mermaid Resort! The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were neat and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. But what really impressed me was the variety of indoor activities available, which kept me entertained on rainy days. The swimming pool was well-maintained and had different heights, making it perfect for both kids and adults. My little one loved the swim rings provided, and I appreciated the safety measures in place. The resort is also a nature lover's paradise, with birds, ducks, chickens, and rabbits roaming freely. I even spotted a few rabbits hopping around the grounds! For the adventurous, there's a cycling activity that's perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. And for kids, there's a fantastic park with play equipment and plenty of space to run around. What really stood out, though, was the resort's commitment to nature. The entire property is fully covered with trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation.

The amenities provided were sufficient and met our needs. However, i did notice that the tea kettle was unclean at the pour spout, which was a bit concerning. Additionally, upon entering the room, we noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which is particularly troublesome as my wife is allergic to it. We had to open the windows for a while to ventilate the room and make it more comfortable. On a positive note, the breakfast provided was excellent and truly added value to the stay. It was definitely a highlight, and we were pleased with the variety and quality of the offerings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and i appreciate the efforts made to ensure guest comfort. With a little attention to cleanliness and odor control, the experience could be even better in the future. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
