Слишком много положительных отзывов и высокий рейтинг у отеля, не оправдывающий ожидания. Приехали в этот отель в первый и по итогу в последний раз. Я отмечала день рождения, который по итогу был испорчен, благодаря не верному выбору отеля. Начну с плюсов: - Несомненно это большая территория - Неплохая еда в ресторане «Изба» и суши-баре - Классный боулинг - Уютный коттедж, где мы проживали - le petit bbq, со всем необходимым в номере На этом, к сожалению, все. То, что очень разочаровало: - Бассейн! Тот, который имеет выход на улицу - просто ужас! Сам факт того, что в отеле в бассейн заставляют надевать шапочки - просто треш, другого слова не подобрать. В раздевалках старые шкафчики, половина из которых не работают. Сам бассейн очень маленький, нет отдельного детского бассейна. Нет разнообразия саун, бань и тд. Одна единственная травяная баня, где температура примерно 40 градусов. - Персонал не обладает достоверной информацией. Несколько раз интересовались работает ли караоке, девушки на ресепе говорили «конечно, работает с 23:00» несколько раз. По итогу в караоке мы не попали, так как там в этот день гуляли корпоранты. Странно, что ресепшен не знает, что происходит в отеле и по несколько раз дезинформирует гостей - Как написала выше, у меня был день рождения. Скидок ни на проживание, ни на посещение ресторанов, ни на какие-то доп услуги здесь нет. Обещали принести комплимент от отеля - десерт в номер, но его не было ))) Естественно, он был не особо нужен, но тем не менее впервые вижу такое отношение к гостям. - Кафе «Щелкунчик» просто ужас, еда невкусная - В целом цены на все сильно завышены и не оправданы (особенно на еду в ресторанах и кафе), учитывая такой сервис отеля Вывод: если не хотите разочароваться и испортить праздник, лучше выбрать какое-нибудь другое место для вашего отдыха 🙌🏽
