Shinjuku Tokyo|6.74km from downtown
Hotel ben posizionato, molto pulito che si avvale di personale molto disponibile. Unica pecca è la vetustà della struttura.

The service attitude is very good The English level of the service staff is acceptable. Great location with lots of places to eat downstairs. There are two subway stations, Nagatacho and Akasaka-mitsuke, but they are a long way from Akasaka station. Room was a bit small but well equipped and the view was good. It can be described as ”the sparrow is small and has all the internal organs”. !! This stay experience is good next time I will choose this shop. !!

Good location on historical site, but I got a poor experience,it's a pitty!!! As a business use this time, not so helpful staff, not so exiting making-a-surprise.But in my guest room(Superior Double Room),it's a other world;spacious, clean and quiet room! Sky view overlooking windows under fair weather..... Growing up in Bulgaria, all we knew about fashion came from imported Italian Vogue and Burda patterns; here there were designer stores. Everything at home had a handmade finish, so I craved factory fashion. I spent hours in the famous E Braun & Co department store on the Graben looking at ready-to-wear designs in a historic, palatial setting – it used to supply fine linens to the Austro-Hungarian court. Now, it’s an H&M, but the late-19th-century building remains untouched. My favourite building, though, is Wittgenstein House, designed by the philosopher for his sister in minimal Mies van der Rohe style. It’s now the Bulgarian Cultural Institute, so I can be reminded of home while appreciating an amazing space.

Environment, service, and sanitation are first-rate. I do n’t have to say the location. I really like the design of the room. It ’s the Japanese style I chose for breakfast. I did n’t have enough to eat. I used a bowl of porridge until afternoon tea. I had to make a reservation by the window in advance. Replaced with a jewelry box. One of the small improvements is that we can't check in at less than three o'clock when we check in. We recommend to go out and go around. In the winter, we wait outside at three o'clock as a first-class hotel and we have not arranged a warm and comfortable waiting area. The bed looks uneven from the surface. Uneven

Had a three beds room, very small basically three beds next to each other and no way you could walk between. And no room for luggages to open. But location is very good. The buffet breakfast was ok for its price

Tokyo Tower Area Tokyo|2.05km from downtown
It was very beautiful and easy to spend. We were able to see the tower from our room on the top floor! I wanted to enjoy the hotel, so it's a good memory.

Location is the best, having tons of food, convenience store option. Also 5min away from Busta Shinjyuku, that was the main reason to stay this hotel first for the convenience to grab limo from there. Once c19 restriction (Limo used to stop by at this hotel!!!) it'll be the best of the best!! The room I bought is not that big but definitely good enough for what i needed. So I dont hve any complain. Free Wifi connection was good. Love the option at the 1st floor / lobby having many kinds of amenities to choose from & only what & how much you need. Eco conscious. Hotel Stuffs were awesome. I wil definitely stay on next trip!!

Odaiba Tokyo|4.86km from downtown
If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

Shinjuku Tokyo|6.36km from downtown
Location was great with 10 mins walk from JR Shinjuku Station East exit. Hotel room didn’t provide bottle water and need to request housekeeper for hot water. Though response was prompt. Sound proof can be improved as occasionally noise from next room was heard and also noise from people walking in the corridor. Toilet had this strange onsen smell which I would expect better cleaning job should have been done. Room is small as expected. Would not suggest a long stay here, but it’s a good choice for people who are staying for a short period of time..

Shinagawa Tokyo|5.52km from downtown
Located in less than 10 mins walk distance from JR Shinagawa Station. Very friendly and helpful staff in general. So many weekend staying over (check-in on Sunday evening and check-out on Monday morning). Room is nice and clean but entrance is a little squashing if you have a small suits case. Bathroom is like 90's style, not fancy. There are 2 locations of breakfast (1st floor and 2nd floor). 1st floor breakfast (buffet) was less than average and easy to get cold the meals but 2nd floor (sandwiches and coffee) was still ok. Japanese restaurant in top floor is a little pricy but still worth to try if you do not feel going out to eat (and view is nice at night and very Japanese style decoration inside).

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.34km from downtown
I thought the location was good, as it was close to Ginza Station as well as Higashi-Ginza. There was a drink service on the front floor, and the minimum necessary amenities were available. The room was clean. Check-out is at 11:00, so I didn't have to rush.

Shinjuku Tokyo|6.29km from downtown
Good location. Close to Shinjuku station and Toyota Car Rental. Can take the Airport Limousine Bus to and from Narita or Haneda Airport around the corner at the Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku Hotel. A few nice diners and chemists in proximity. Very popular place and a little bit worn out. Small rooms small beds. The twin bed rooms have only twin single 3-1/2 feet bed. Its not even semi-double. Can't share bed with a young children at all.
