Wait for 5 hours to change from twin beds to kings bed without changing room. However, water leakage from bathroom, finally change another room to us at 11:30pm. Bad experience! Room is clean, breakfast is good, but not sure the communication between front desk and housekeeping team. Also appreciate the swift response from the night shift front desk manager who is a lady, she is willing to change room for us due to water leakage in the bathroom. Even experience is not good but appreciate her efforts to help!

A good hotel in a great location A few small annoying things though Housekeeping has a very small window that they work to. If you are in the room when they arrive they don’t try again The hotels systems don’t recognise your preferences I fill them in every time and every time they say they can’t see them They are pretty inflexible with regards to check in times too The hotel is in a great location though and generally is good value if you book through Trip so I can recommend it

I have stayed here for a relaxed day. booked one of he cheapest rooms and had a great experience. The location is absolutely amazing. The room size was nice and everything was in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet and bathtub very clean. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Some of the highlights are obviously the pool, the jaccuzzi, sauna and steam room. Another great surprise it was that the coffees and teas in the room were complementary and that's something amazing for London, when they charge for everything. On top of it all, the price was very low, compared with a lot of other places in London that offer way less. I absolutely recommend you staying here.

This is the most worthwhile hotel in London! You can see Big Ben from the lobby and enjoy breakfast by the window. The staff were super friendly. We arrived quite early, expecting to just drop off our luggage, but the front desk said a room was already ready, so we were able to check in early. We went out in the morning to photograph Big Ben, and it was so peaceful with no one around – perfect for photos!

Extremely satisfied with the hotel, it's very luxurious, which is expected given the price, haha. The location is also excellent, very convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast was delicious, though a bit pricey.

I had a fantastic stay at The Londoner and it totally lived up to the hype. The location is perfectly central, making it ridiculously easy to explore the city without spending half your time on transport. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, one of those places where you feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. The gym and pool facilities were a real highlight: modern, spotless, and ideal for unwinding after a busy day in London. The rooms were stylish and modern with a luxe-but-comfy vibe that made it hard to leave. And the lounge? Super inviting, perfect for relaxed drinks and snacks while soaking up the atmosphere. Would happily stay again! ✨

Heathrow London|20.26km from city center
The room itself was a decent size for 4 adults and was clean. The bar and food in the restaurant was good. However, the room we booked for four people (our sons are classed as adults) was a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed should not be allowed to be considered a bed and they had a cheeky to charge us extra for it. We have never had such a horrible night's sleep. There was no support, the mattress was so thin we could feel all the edges of the bed beneath us. Also the curtain hooks were broken at the top so light was pouring into the room. I had to use hair clips to try and keep the curtains closed. I would not recommend this hotel, I'd pay a little more to be closer to the airport next time.

Windowless, damp basement double room, not at all as advertised on the site. Be mindful that you will end up in the basement, with no chance to move if any of the standard double rooms with windows are occupied. They should make it clear that you're booking a basement room with no windows, mis-selling, in my opinion. Other hotels are quite clear that you're booking a windowless room upfront. Damp smell was prevalent, particularly at check-in before turning the air-conditioning on. Morning was dark since it's the basement. It's good if you like that, and want to sleep. Hopefully, you don't miss your checkout.

I recently stayed at Novotel London Canary Wharf and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt modern, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from my room. Waking up to the Canary Wharf skyline and watching the city lights come alive at night was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire room feel bright and spacious, and the panoramic cityscape gave the stay a real luxury feel. Another standout experience was visiting Bōkan, the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar. The views from up there are absolutely breathtaking , you get a stunning panoramic perspective of the whole of London, from Canary Wharf to landmarks across the city skyline. Whether during sunset or later in the evening, the atmosphere is unforgettable. The combination of great food, drinks, and those sweeping views made it one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel amenities were also excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring or working in the city. The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation that really elevated the overall experience. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf delivers the perfect mix of comfort, modern luxury, amazing facilities, and spectacular London views. I’d happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Canary Wharf.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; aside from being close to Tower Bridge, other attractions are quite far, making it less convenient than staying in the West End. The room was alright, but the bathroom was a bit odd – long and narrow, and the door wouldn't stay open. I had to prop it open with a stool for ventilation. Service was generally good; the restaurant staff were excellent, and most of the front desk team were very helpful, with only a few exceptions. Free bottled water is provided. However, when I asked a particular staff member for some, she seemed a bit reluctant. After that, I called room service for water, and it was fine several times, but on one occasion, the front desk said only two bottles were provided per day. I mentioned I had been staying at the hotel for over a week (I actually stayed 9 days) and that bottled water was promised when I booked. She then said more could be delivered if requested. Overall, it was just okay; the price was higher than another 4-star hotel nearby, so the value for money wasn't great.

I chose this hotel because I had to catch an early train from King's Cross Station. It's really close to the station. The facilities are pretty standard, and there's no fridge in the room or complimentary bottled water. The shampoo/body wash is an all-in-one dispenser. I'd recommend it for anyone who prioritizes location.

Superb location and view. I was very surprised and happy to see a full kitchen inside the apartment/hotel room, although my stay was short and did not have time to use the facilities… wish next time I will stay longer and fully enjoy the very modern and nicely renovated accommodation! The view facing Tower Bridge is beautiful. There are a number of restaurants / cafes nearby very convenient to find eating options.

It’s a good hotel, personal are very friendly, professional, helpful and kind, building is well maintained with fancy historical stuff. The location is also very good. Among demerits, it’s very difficult to book a table in the restaurant in advance, gym is small and quite usual for hotels, only crossover, small dumbbells and some cardio machines and building is in construction works outside.

Canary Wharf London|7.22km from city center
Our room faced the DLR light rail viaduct directly. Even though the soundproofing was good, you could still feel the vibrations every time a train passed. Housekeeping did a thorough job cleaning the room daily, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. There are free water dispensers on each floor, so you can refill your own bottles. Although the hotel is in a new development, transportation is excellent with the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, and DLR light rail all nearby. There are also plenty of supermarkets, shopping centers, and dining options in the area. I actually found it more comfortable and better value for money than staying in the city center.

Earls Court London|5.15km from city center
This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The interior design is magnificent, both in the room and in the common areas. The room was warm, with clean bedding and towels. You can ask at reception for an adapter for British sockets, but we didn't need one as there were USB and Type-C ports instead of sockets. In the bathroom, there were wonderful Le Labo toiletries (now that scent will always remind me of London). There was also a heated towel rail. I recommend getting breakfast – there's a small buffet (granola, fruit, pastries) plus a choice of main breakfast dishes from a menu (full English breakfast, scrambled eggs with salmon, avocado toast). It was delicious and filling, and the filter coffee was one of the best I've ever tasted. The only thing missing was cheese and cold cuts. The room was cleaned daily – dishes were washed, towels were changed, and water was replenished. The hotel's location is also excellent – five minutes to the metro, an M&S food store is also a few minutes' walk away, and there are many bars, a pharmacy, and currency exchange offices on the next street.

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews before checking in, but I still believed in SLH's positioning and quality, and I was not disappointed. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. There is Harrods and many popular dessert shops right outside. Because I had experienced the poor environment of the London Underground and it was often delayed and stopped, I took the bus this time. It was very convenient. Bus 14, 22, and 19 on Brompton Street can basically cover various attractions in downtown London, and you can enjoy the scenery along the way. The hotel adheres to SLH's consistent low-key luxury style. The living room on the first floor feels like home. The water bar, white coffee, and night wine are available for guests to enjoy. The cost depends on the amount and room number of the bill. Breakfast is a buffet with both English and American options. The hotel's butler service is great!

The location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service. Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy. Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. The reception and concierge staff were not as attentive as I had hoped. We found it difficult to get assistance with local recommendations. This lack of attentiveness detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

Buckingham Palace London|0.25km from city center
Corinthia is stunning in every moment. After searching around, this one is highly recommended by everyone! It's really amazing. After getting off the bus, the staff came over immediately to help with luggage and open the door. The first impression was perfect. Check-in at the front desk was also very fast. We arrived at the hotel after one o'clock and normally checked in at three o'clock. The room had been cleaned in advance. The staff took us into the room and introduced some specific facilities in the room. Soon the suitcases were delivered to the hotel for us. The elevator is very unique. There is a clock above to show the floor, which gives people a very different feeling. The hotel's service is meticulous. I believe that many times if you need room service, it will be a headache if you don't know clearly or there are some obstacles in communication. But here you only need to scan the code on the hotel table and you can communicate in real time directly through What's app. It's super Incredibly convenient. I asked for an ironing machine and adapter and they were delivered quickly. The hotel's slippers are also very special, very thick and feel good on the feet. The rooms are all equipped with bathtubs and heaters. It is a spa hotel after all. It is known as the best spa hotel. The spa facilities are really great. There is an elevator directly leading to the spa area on the room floor. The sauna pool and soaking pool are very comfortable. I come here every day to soak in it at night. Nine o'clock, if only it could be later. The breakfast was great, the fruit was fresh and the eggs were excellent. Of course, everything can't be perfect. There are still some small details. Most of the hotel employees are friendly and will say hello and cordial greetings when they see you. However, there are also some employees who will not say a word when they see you. Looking up and down, this makes people feel a little uncomfortable. The room we stayed in seemed to be connected to the room next door due to structural problems. We stayed for three nights. The sound from the opposite side was louder on the second night, which affected our rest. We contacted the hotel as soon as possible the next day, which was also very good. They took care of it and originally said they would change our room because we had too much luggage and really didn't want to move it. The hotel said they had communicated with the guests next door. Sure enough, the last night was very quiet and we spent it happily. The hotel also expressed its opinions. Sincerity, you can feel their attitude. All in all, it was an overall very satisfying trip. If I come to London next time, I will choose this place again.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days with my husband. I was going to Westminster University for 3 days of lectures and he happened to continue working in the hotel. I have to say that the location is really good. It only takes me 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the University of Westminster. It is within walking distance to watch musicals in London's West End, go shopping in Liberty and go to Chinatown. The surrounding is very quiet, and most importantly, the room is really nice, bigger than many nearby hotels. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The room we booked included breakfast, and we could choose to order dishes or have a buffet. It was a typical white meal. Although the choices were a little limited, I still felt it was good after eating it for five days.
