This was our first stay at Villa Brunella, and it was absolutely stunning in every aspect. The view from the hotel is incredible, and hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby. It is located away from the craziness of the town center, and the short walk was very pleasant and relaxing. The hotel can transport your luggage from the ferry and we took advantage of this service; it was well worth it instead of battling the crowds and funicular. The team at Villa Brunella was very helpful and accommodating; we felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend dinner at Terrazza Brunella; very intimate setting with a gorgeous view of the island and the food was top notch. We were fortunate to be seated at the corner table for 2 with nothing but glass on two sides of us; simply incredible experience and I would request this table again. The hotel grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping. We used the pool every day and spent much time enjoying the sun, refreshments and view from the pool deck. Our room was very spacious and relaxing, with a nice patio overlooking the garden. Definitely recommend Hotel Brunella to anyone staying on Capri; it will be at the top of our list on our next trip to the island.

As I am getting ready for our 4th year in a row coming to LA Scalinatella, I had to take the time to give a stellar review (although with a bit of hesitation that it will become even more difficult to get a reservation!). We stayed 3 years ago in late September during our honeymoon and spent 4 nights. The next year we came late August and spent 6 nights. And last year and this summer we will also be coming late August and spend 8 nights! Hopefully next summer we can increase to 10 nights as it's never enough time to spend here. The hotel is another class of it's own - so elegant without overly fussy and with no detail overlooked. The staff is truly exceptional and I think of them as friends. The grounds are so beautiful and the views are incredible. It is intimate and private which i prefer to the larger hotels on the island. The morning breakfasts are beautiful, delicious and the staff will do anything to make anything you want if it's not on the menu. My husband and I honestly can't recommend this place enough and can not wait to come back!

Not many hotels will be remembered by us as the Casa Morgano. The location and views are amazing, however, the staff is what we will remember the most. We were met by Mario at the pier, who arranged for our bags to be brought to our hotel, no hassle. The breakfast patio is beautiful with stunning views and the grecious servers just topped it off. Luigi, the head concierge, went above and beyond, making sure our visit to Capri was perfect, Making reservation for the Blue Grotto, suggesting excellent restaurants and mapping out our hikes on the island. Our room had a patio, overlooking the sea, the room and bathroom were specious, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for the friendliness and the location, for the views and comfort.

A very special hotel in this stunning island. from the moment we arrived the service was impeccable, staff so friendly, hotel spotless, pool stunning and hotel rooms beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented, lunch delightful and the bar and service around the pool just wonderful. I really cant say enough as to how wonderful this hotel really is. Location is superb as a short walk to the restaurants and shops whilst sitting just far enough away to be peaceful and have those stunning views over the bay. A very special hotel that I would highly recommend. Worth upgrading to a sea view room to wake to those views from a lovely balcony, only tiny flaw for me personally was no coffee machine on room, as we are early risers and a coffee on that lovely balcony taking in those views would have been perfect! There seems to be some reviews not so positive about the staff but I struggle to see how that is possible, each and every one of them from front desk to pool/bar service to the restaurants and housekeeping ALL were friendly, helpful and delightful and throughout our 5 day stay too. I am happy to recommend this lovely hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights, and enjoyed the great location in the heart of Capri, the friendly and helpful hotel staff, my very pretty tiled room, the beautiful pool and breakfast area, and the delicious fruit tart and lemon Capri cake for breakfast. I will probably stay here again next time I’m in Capri. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars is that I think there’s sometimes a lack of attention to detail. The room service is very overpriced in my opinion, 30 some euros for a plate of pasta al pomodoro & half a bottle of water. The arm chair was obviously broken in the room as soon as I stepped in the room. and I had to ask 3 separate times over 2 days for them to fix it, and they gave me the wrong cable car times, telling me there was one at 7.15 am when there wasn’t. And my phone flashed red for my whole stay & wasn’t fixed, despite my telling them. These are all relatively small things though and I enjoyed my stay & found it a very nice hotel.

We had the luxury of enjoying both a garden view room (28) and a sea view room (24) during our five days in Capri. We can highly recommend both. The sea view is unparalleled. The garden view offers a wonderful view the top of a mountain and the beautiful buildings built into it. The rooms are comfortable in every way. It was great to keep the full-length doors to the balcony open for fresh air or enjoy air-conditioning when we needed it. Breakfast was healthy, with enough indulgent offerings to satisfy everyone. It was nicely presented and delicious. The front desk staff was helpful when we sought their expertise or advice. They even helped us buy tickets for a show we wanted to attend in Naples. No nonsense of concierge brokerage fees - just help as if they were friends. That hospitable approach permeated the staff at the hotel, and we appreciated it a lot. If steps are a difficult for you, make sure to inquire about options. I don't know how you could access the hotel without going up steps, but perhaps there's a way. Stay here and enjoy!

I am a solo female traveller and stayed at this hotel over Easter. Now the hotel itself is pretty basic but with a unique rustic Italian charm. However, the reason I am rating this hotel so highly is because of the outstanding service from the staff here. The people at this hotel made my stay here amazing. This is the first time I have travelled alone and as a result I was a little nervous. I was made to feel so welcome and was completely looked after by all the lovely staff. I didn’t want to leave. We spent 5 nights in the 2 bedroom 'Jackie Onassis' suite (the hotel don't call it this, but she did stay in the room) and there is artwork and some photos. The suite was very spacious with a private patio area. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were cleaned every day. The 2 bathrooms were down a set of steps and quite dated, but clean and functional. The hotel accommodated our dietary requirements at breakfast by providing a selection of gluten free options as well as a good selection of continental breakfast items. As it is only accessible on foot, I would recommend arranging to have your luggage brought up/down if you have big suitcases or a lot of luggage. The staff at the hotel were helpful in organising all of this and also offered to organise excursions. No sign of a white cat, but there was a ginger tom making himself at home!

There are good hotels and there are really good hotels with excellent service such as Hotel Villa Sanfelice. Giampiero, the hotel manager, and his team had provided me with the most amazing 2-night hotel stay in Capri. As a lazy solo traveler, I didn’t make a reservation ahead and decided to simply wing it. If I didn’t find a good hotel with a pool, I was prepared to do just a day trip. After meeting Giampiero, he immediately offered me a room with a good deal so I could stay the night. Eventually, I stayed another extra night after! I enjoyed the hotel stay that much. In addition to its staff, which are gems, the hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the pool was impeccable. I couldn’t think of a better place to spend my first time in Capri other than at this place. I will definitely come back! Grazie mille Giampiero and to your team for making my brief holiday special. You all deserve more than 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Gaia. We were met with such hospitality from the beginning of our stay until the very end. Gaia is very helpful with giving us details about how to better spend our time on the island. The villa was very clean, cozy and the garden was simply beautiful. Our arrival was delayed so we didn't make it to the island until late, but Gaia met us at the pier and assisted us with our luggage after hours. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and she gifted us some delicious candy. I can't say enough about Gaia...what a great experience.

We stayed for a magnificent 5 days in September -What a fantastic holiday. The views from the balcony from the bedroom and the restaurant and pool are spectacular. The staff before and during the stay were very friendly, helpful, informative and efficient both prior to our visit and from when we were met at the port, during the week and returned to the port when our incredible stay unfortuantley came to an end. The hotel is clean and very comfortable, the food was delicious (breakfasts were amazing especially the omletes and cakes!) and a relaxing bar for the pre and post dinner drinks. We loved our snorkelling/ swimming on the deserted beach before breakfast – (but it is 100 steps back up and got busier during the day). We spent hours around The pool, the jacuzzi, the loungers and the pool bar – very relaxing with stunning views across the bay The “bus” to town goes regularly to and from the main square and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes.at any time of day. We felt safe during COVID - (but small point - please remind all staff especially in restuarant to wear masks properly) overall a very relaxing and wonderful week in an amazing hotel - one of the best hotels we have stayed at for comfort, relaxation, friendly staff and definitely value for money. Hope to come back and stay again

We stayed in the suite and from the moment we walked in we knew we were in great hands. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The view from our suite was a 10/10. The free breakfast was not only delicious but it had so many options for you to pick. Can’t say enough about the importance of having a great breakfast when traveling and the fact this was free was a huge bonus. The room was very modern for Europe. Showers incredible. Bed comfortable. The amenities are awesome too. We were there in October so we didn’t use the pool but we did lounge by it one afternoon for an hour and the views from there are also spectacular. The Turkish Bath (sauna) was also fully functionally and refreshing. Location wise it’s a few minutes from Capri‘s town center. This is ideal because you can access the funiculare to get down to the marina grande or the bus to get up to Anacapri. If you arrive in Marina Grande, take the funicular up to the Capri center and you’re a short walk away. Being on our honeymoon, my wife and I were crossing our fingers that this hotel would kick us off on the right foot, and it delivered. Do not hesitate to book. Special thanks to Emilio for taking care of us the 3 nights we spent there.

We arrived to Capri by ferry and this B&B is in a great location - right next to Marina Grande so it was only a 10 minute walk from the ferry to the B&B. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and had a lovely balcony overlooking Marina Grande and the small public beach in front of the hotel. There is also a terrace area at the top which has loungers and a wonderful view (it is a shame there was no pool up here as this would have been the icing on the cake!) The area of Marina Grande itself is nice and has some restaurants/bars but for us we enjoyed Capri town the most. Capri town is situated above Marina Grande. On the first day we decided to walk there which took us 25 minutes up very steep hills and steps but fortunately there is a funicular which takes you directly from Marina Grande to Capri town in only a few minutes - I would definitely recommend using this to visit Capri town. Another beautiful place to visit is Anacapri - just down the hill from the B&B is a bus stop where you will find the bus to take you up to Anacapri. Here you will also find the chairlift to go to the top of Monte Solaro.

Italy's second stop - Florence. For those who are worried about Italian law and order, I hope that you will find this comment helpful. We also looked at the reviews of many hotels, and when we went out, we were very worried about throwing things or being turned over. After screening with friends, this is a very old hotel. First of all, don't think that the hotel is an old hotel, worry about the facilities and equipment. In contrast, these historical hotels have their own unique charm. If you come to an Italian hotel, you will have to pay your own city tax. Ctrip prepaid is only paying the room rate. When you check out, remember to pay the city tax. The third is to praise the location of the hotel breakfast, believe me, you will be surprised when you go. This hotel! Great!

I like this hotel very much, beautifully decorated, with a small swimming pool, a variety of restaurants, good taste, it is said that the restaurant still has a star level. Breakfast is good and hot coffee is also available upon request. Booked in the parent-child room, the room is double-decker, there are two toilets, and all kinds of supplies are also complete. I sent six apples, were friendly to Chinese, had a lot of towels, and had toothbrushes. Although we didn't use their disposables, we also felt Chinese courtesy. There is also a Chinese-style breakfast: instant noodles + dumplings, haha, we did not eat Chinese breakfast. The only bad thing is that there are many flies near the restaurant on the first floor. The little ones fly into the room. Don’t mind if you mind, I don’t know if this will happen. There is also a super close to the station, less than 5 minutes, which is especially suitable for those of us who take the train. Not far from the attraction.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, walking distance to all the attractions of the central city. The hotel environment is very artistic and there are many art books in the lobby. However, there are no TV channels in English or Chinese. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were friendly. On the first night of check-in, I found that the curtains were broken. I called the front desk to repair the curtains, but the maintenance master didn't come for a long time. When I called the front desk, I kept apologizing to us, and soon the master brought the ladder. The curtains could only be hung up that night. The curtains were repaired when we returned the next day. Solve the problem in a timely manner.

The information of this hotel Ctrip is not perfect, the suites are almost dark and narrow, and it is impossible to live, increasing the cost of changing rooms for 80 euros per day. The breakfast at the hotel, although simple, was very good. The environment is good and the service staff is very good. They will ask you what coffee you need and make it for you. The hotel is by the river, opposite the observation deck overlooking the city. Room 115, which is scheduled for more than 1,000 nights on Ctrip, is extremely small. Immediately decided to change rooms, adding 80 euros per day to 414. It should be the best room in the hotel. No one has lived in it for a long time. It was temporarily cleaned for me. With terrace, you can see the dome of the Church of the Cross and Lord Square and the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers. Almost the same field of view as the pictures provided in the museum's commemorative album. The gap with room 115 completely heaven and hell. Later I lived another day. When leaving the hotel, almost € 1,000 was paid. The hotel had a fatal injury, too far from the train station. The hit was around 16 Euro. Whether you go to Pisa or Outlets, you have to go to the train station, and the traffic costs a lot of money. The weather was bad and almost all of them were hit later. The cost of living in this way is particularly high. Unless you are light and easy to come to Florence in the future, it is recommended to live near the train station. So as not to increase a lot of transportation costs.

There are also a variety of free prints that must be fixed! It is said that it is a room of 15 square meters, but definitely not only, the bathroom has 7, 8 flat, two sinks, very convenient. Just across the road from the train station, passing the road is very convenient. The right hand of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant called No. 1 food, the taste of China, the price of China (most of them), the mung bean soup is very good to drink everyone must eat! It is slightly slower to serve, I hope to improve.
