i have initially confirmed and paid three rooms from trip.com, but once we arrived at reception, the lady said there is only 2 rooms confirmed and it is because the agent (trip.com) didnt confirm with them, they asked me to contact the agent directly!!!! she has been saying is not their fault, its all about agent fault. She got nothing to help me. or she could give me a bigger room but I need to pay extra 2000HKD per nite!! ? We rejected this offer, and standing there and asked her to contact to agent for us.! We the whole family including 2 babies 1 year old & 3 years old at reception for 45 mins without any seat. (PS: their lobby was under renovation) My kids started to cry and wanted to go.. I was extremely exhausted. I didnt expect it happened while I have already FULLY paid!!! At last, the lady offered me a bigger room without surcharge.. but I think it would be better if she could handle and solve the problem earlier , and not blaming and asking the customers to contact the agent herself. But at the end, luckily we got the problem solved.. ~ and I still not sure what is the problem why they didnt get my booking .

The hotel is very simple, personally feel very good value for money. First of all, a family of three added a sofa bed to the twin room. Although the room is small and the luggage is full after the roll out, these are not important. The most important thing is to sleep comfortably when going out. The indoor hot spring was comfortable. Breakfast is particularly good. It is said to be the first in Aichi Prefecture, and it is a very authentic Japanese breakfast. The overall impression is that it is old but clean and comfortable, everything is just fine. The location is also good, with convenience stores and subway stations nearby. Before booking, I saw that there was a noise problem in the evaluation response. My sleep quality was average and relatively sensitive, but I didn't feel any problems. Remind old hotels like this, non-smokers, especially families with children, must pay attention to choosing non-smoking rooms.

The hotel is located on the side street infront of Hilton hotel by the building called fushimi parking. I had a single room economy and while I travel light, I utterly enjoyed my stay here. Good size firm bed, pillow bar and amenities bar by the reception. Tea pot with 2 packs of Macha tea and 2 packs of roasted green tea in the room, coffee is in the mashine in front of reception. Lots of things for girls to enjoy: hair band, make-up remover, moisturizers, razor, soap with lots more. Fabrik refreshener, hands and face foam, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, slippers and a night gown are in the room. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 and includes lots of veggies, fried makril, scrambled eggs, sausages, rice, miso soup, curry sauce, yoghurt, müsli, canned fruits and very tasty pastries. AC worked good. Nice pressure in the shower. But observe no place for the big luggage in the economy room, so as I said if you travel light you will appreciate this hotel!

It's very good, because the room is the farthest side, so the room is large enough. I don't feel cramped when I open two suitcases. Facilities are not new, but they are well maintained and clean. You can also see the street view, not far from Rong commercial district and JR station commercial district, about 10-15 minutes walk, the price is super high.

new hotel. walking distance to nagoya station and station mall about 25 mins. it is 5 mins walk from hilton hotel. next to hilton there is a food court where u can find kfc and other good food. the airport bus stop is in front of hotel. it takes 1 hour by airport to get to airport. there are some restaurants nearby. but many more restaurants are near nagoya station. hotel lobby is small and not cozy design. there is free coffee at lobby. breakfast is at the cafe shop next to lobby. Tge cafe shop is nice but food varieties just on the low end. this hotel has a public bath. nice one although not as good as dormy inn onsen. I hv booked a standard room with double bed. it said at the trip.com it is 15 sq meters area. there are many attached photos showing the different types of rooms are spacious which look like 15 sq meters. there are 1 to 2 pictures showing what it seems to be smaller rooms. As the hotel advertised it is 15 sq meter.., i had booked it. But when i checked in at 10pm with my friend, they gave me room 1308. To my big disappointment, the room is very very small. i measured it is about 8 to 9 meters only ! The room is a bed ...no chair so you must lie down on the bed when you got in. The shower room and separate toilet look new and clean. You hv to put your luggage case at the corridor inside the room as the room has no space except the little corridor! So i went to the reception to question about the room size. the lady there said she understood and can put me to a bigger room but i need to pay extra. I disagreed as it is not an appropriate practise. The supervisor then came and insisted that it is standard size and will not change room for me. So i showed her the trip.com about this hotel. then she said they dont hv the bigger room so they had to give me this small room. To my disappointment ,she tried to argue that i have chose and booked this room. i researched into the trip.com photos of this hotel, the room assigned to me is a room for 1 person only. So i questioned about the photos they show at the trip.com site, and I said it is not a good commercial practise to advertise that the rooms are 15 sq meters but thdy gave such small rooms when guests check in. Because i argued abiut their misleading advrrtisement at trip.com, the lady supervisor finally admitted it is not right and assigned me to a twin bedroom of about 22 meters area. That room is big by japanese size and is very nice. When i checked out i tried to ask for the manager to express about the above problem, but the reception lady said the manager is busy inside the room behind the reception desk and can't come out to talk to me. Quite disappointing. I found that the european front desk lady was helpful . The other ladies are not good at English.

A great hotel, located at Fushimi Station Exit 7. You can see the hotel's building less than 200 meters away. The first floor stores have been rented out. The hotel lobby is located on the second floor. The lobby is simple and clean. It is important The intimate coffee machine provides a warm cup of coffee in the winter, warm to the heart, as well as self-service check-in and the customer's choice of their own products, which make us like environmental protection experts like this, such a measure effectively To solve the problem of waste, the rooms are not large, but there are some of them. I admire the meticulousness of the Japanese. Every design and supplies in the room are relatively in place. Clean and fresh is standard. The only thing that is not enough is the night The design position of the lamp is a bit problematic. It was originally intended to make it convenient for customers who ca n’t see the bed at night, but it became a disadvantage because of the installation position. Even worse, it is recommended that the hotel have some opportunities to remodel

Gave me room 643. The 6th floor is the lowest floor room. The 43th floor is the corner room. However, the corner rooms can see the views from both directions. The rooms are very large and double the area of ordinary rooms. I booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast is the same every day, but there are more varieties, and there are fresh fruits to eat, as well as Nagoya's famous chicken wings. I ate for two days, and I ate dinner after breakfast every day. The equipment in the room is Bvlgari. It is about 800-1000 meters away from Nagoya Station on foot. It is better to be full. It is better to drag a box and take a taxi. Across the road is a small, quiet park, and it's comfortable to sit inside in the fall.

Well, it wasn’t that cheap, but for budget travellers like me and my husband, staying at Hotel JAL City was a relaxing way to end our trip. We specifically chose a hotel after days of staying at guesthouses and airbnbs as we travelled from Tokyo to Hakuba to Magome and finally Nagoya. We only spent a night here, and we wished it was more! From the train station, it was a 10-15-minute walk to the hotel. We were tired but Nagoya at night was beautiful, so it was fine. It was a bit far from the restaurants, although there was a nearby tax-free grocery store that we took advantage of before we left. The size of the room was decent for a couple, the double bed was big enough and comfortable, and the linens were fresh-smelling and very clean. The closet was spacious enough for all our stuff. The room was basic, and the desk and chair could only be used by one person at a time (we had to bring work, ugh). The bathroom, I loved! It had two areas: the toilet with the sink and mirror and the shower area, which included a separate bathtub. Usually the shower head is over the bathtub, but not here. I was able to use the bath soak I got from Muji earlier that day. Complementary stuff like coffee drip, tea, and shampoo were provided in the lobby for guests to grab. They even had this cool gel pad for your tired feet. On the morning of our last day, the front desk allowed us to leave our bags with them so we could go around Nagoya. Our flight was in the evening. They were also helpful when asked for directions. They tried hard to give me the exact directions despite the lack of English. This I really appreciated. Overall, our stay had been great.

There are fewer varieties of breakfast, but after all, it’s free. It’s better to go out and experience local cuisine for travel. I have eaten it once The hotel’s rooms are very nice. The three-terminal data cable is very convenient for charging. It is a good match for my single person who spends most of the time running outside. The location is 15 minutes’ walk from Nagoya Station and there is Sakura-dori Line nearby Kokusai Center Station and Fushimi Station on the Higashiyama Line are a little closer to the hotel Although I am in a room facing the inside, I don’t feel the scenery outside. There is a bathing area on the second floor for men and women. Bathing is until 2 o’clock at the latest, and it seems to start at 6 o’clock in the morning.

Hotel location is good, just next to the park, quieter. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the famous attractions and 1-2 stops from the subway. There is a reading room on the 1st floor downstairs, the room size is OK (after all, the hotel rooms in Japan are relatively mini), the toiletries are very good, the bathroom is quite big. Dry and wet separation. The main thing is to take the airport bus from here to the airport very convenient, from the hotel to the bus stop about 2 minutes. A friend who is suitable for buying more things, the price is 1300 yen.

After reviewing some of the comments. I agreed that the room is small and does not even have a place for luggage, but it equipped well, has almost everything u need. There are many restaurants around but they close quite early. There is free Wi-Fi in the room which I found quite stable. Breakfast is simple Japanese style and it was tasty. Overall, if u stay for a night or two for stopover, this is a good place to stay. BTW, the service is good.

Great hotel at this price Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised Staff are amazing. Good amenities Location is excellent - 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Station and convenience stores at their doorstep Breakfast has many traditional options (most of which we were not brave enough to try) but the ones we tried were quite delicious They still have continental options like bread mini pastries eggs cereal granola fruit etc For the price they charge this hotel is really great value But the staff are truly amazing. From front reception to kitchen staff to housekeeping everyone is always happy to help and they always serve with a smile The only issue we had was that the room was a little too small and tight especially since I was travelling with my 6 foot tall son Would be happy to come back and stay

Convenient transportation, eating, drinking and fun nearby, there is an izakaya next to the hotel. There is a large Don Quijote within 5 minutes walk out of the house, and there is also a big country medicine makeup, and you can get a tax refund of 87% with Alipay payment of 5000 yen. Within a 5-minute walk, there is also a mountain ち ゃ ん 和风 来 坊, their chicken wings are very famous. There are also net red harbs in Nagoya main store, the cake is delicious and the younger sister looks good. The buffet breakfast included in the hotel is more economical and affordable. Only curry rice, tea rice and some bread and coffee are available. Drink bar guests are free to use until 9pm. There are some cleansing cottons, lotions, lotions, shower caps, sponges, etc. at the elevator entrance. I didn't pay attention to the smoking room when I was scheduled. After telling the hotel, I changed the non-smoking room. In terms of hardware, the hotel's room is not large and the bed is very small. It can be a bit crowded for 2 people to sleep. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner. You cannot adjust the temperature yourself, and you are sweating in the winter. In addition, the reserved room on the 24th asked the front desk several times if I had received an order and was very sure to tell me not. After finding the Ctrip Coordination Section, I reconfirmed that the order was received. Last but not least, you can leave your luggage for free at the moment of departure.

Take Chuo Airport Line 6 directly from Chubu Airport to Kindori Honcho, 1300 yen, departing from Chubu Airport every hour. The location is good, there is a Yilan ramen and a Don Quixote nearby, very close to Rong. Although the hotel is small, it is very comfortable and convenient. The twin beds are too narrow for single people. Small but complete. Breakfast includes tax 770 yen, buffet style, curry rice is delicious.

Their staff were very nice! When I asked them to help call and reserve a parking space in a ski resort (our next destination), the staff searched online and printed a lot of supplementary information about the pricing and how to get there. He even helped me with my luggage from the hotel to my car!! Highly appreciated!! Apart from this, the spa is also very nice! Worth staying in!

Located right in the heart of Sakae (downtown Nagoya) and most of tourist attractions (Nagoya Castle, Nagoya TV tower, Don Quijote, cafes and malls) are within the walking distance (for some of you, it would be quite far as it ranges from 500m to 1.5km). I was there at the beginning pf cherry blossom period and just got to see a bit of them but it was quite amusing to take a stroll down to all these attractions both day and night time (it was quite windy though). Rooms are quite big for Japan standard size and very clean with all of necessary amenities. Breakfast had a wide selection of Japanese and western food and my wife and I really enjoyed the complimentary noodle after our hot spring experience at night! That’s right~ the hotel has its own hot spring and this is the reason I always choose this place! There is nothing more refreshing and rejuvenating than a hot bath and a cold one after your busy schedule for the whole day. I’m a big fan of Dormy-Inn and thus when I spot one in the area with availability, it’s my first choice of business hotels in Japan. Thanks Dormy-Inn
