Hotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation.
Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.FromDKK 387

The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards.
The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while.
The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality.
The staff was very attentive and friendly.

L'hôtel en soi est bien placé mais ne pas se fier aux photos concernant les suite avec vue mer qui montre la belle plage en dessous car en fait, il y a sans doute plusieurs catégories mais du coup les photos sont un peu mensongères, il y a bien une vue mer mais qui n'a rien à voir et beaucoup moins jolie que celle des photos présentées lors du descriptif.
La suite en soi est assez jolie, j'ai malheureusement eu une expérience négative puisque arrivé tardivement, la chambre était masqué dans désodorisant assez fort et le matin je me suis aperçu des odeurs nauséabondes des égouts qui ont envahi toute la chambre. J'ai trouvé que la réception n'a pas été réactive à ma demande de changement et m'ont fait patienter pour réaliser une réparation elle s'est avéré infructueuse, il restait pourtant des chambres.
J'ai attendu le soir de la deuxième nuit pour enfin être changé de chambre mais par un déplacement au lieu d'un surclassement ce qui est une aberration.
Bref la sonorisation de la chambre est très médiocre puisque on attend tout, il manque des petites choses comme de quoi poser trousse de toilette il n'y a absolument rien. En fait cet hôtel est vieillissant et nécessiterait une rénovation car l'emplacement est idéal. Je n'ai plus aucun repas donc aucun commentaire là-dessus, je suis assez partagé sur ma satisfaction très relative sur cet établissement.SOLD OUT

The room is not big, but the sea view is beautiful! The red-haired lady at the check-in front desk was very patient and nice, and explained every matter in detail! It gave us a very good impression when we first arrived at the hotel! Including booking a boat trip and a taxi to the airport, the entire front desk team was very active and professional! I especially want to emphasize the praise of the beautiful Manuela who is the receptionist at the cape nao restaurant on the ground floor. She is so nice, very enthusiastic and energetic! She helped us find a good dining seat, and asked us if the meal was cold and if we needed a shawl! She knew that girls like to take pictures, and she also helped us reserve a sea view table for dinner the next day! I was really touched! My whole heart was healed!FromDKK 1,060
