This hotel is truly amazing! Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby. The view from our room and patio overlooking the bay is possibly the best coastal  view you can have in Amalfi. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely breathtaking.  The hotel boasts a modern and comfortable room design while being nestled within a multi-story older building. The room itself was stylish, comfortable, and chic. The breakfast room, the breakfast itself and the view very simply 10 out of 10.  What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. The initial reception and the complimentary bottle of wine—possibly the best I had in Italy—truly stole the show. I will definitely be returning!

Palazzo Vitagliano was exceptional! From the location, amenities, rooms, view and the staff everything was perfect for our 1 night stay in Amalfi. Excellent communication before arrival, offer to pick up from the port and carry our luggage, clear instructions on the B&B, excellent breakfast service and the most kindest service ever. Maria, Angelo and Colleagues were exceptional. Would recommend and one day when we return we will stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent location, right beside the Duomo. Spacious room, tidy and clean. Great service, hospitality staffs were all nice and helpful. Felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel. Plus transportation was convenient as bus stations and pier were all nearby.

The hotel is a 4-minute walk to Amalfi Beach and a 2-minute walk to the Cathedral. close to tourist attractions You shouldn't bring your car here. You have to drive dangerously through a square full of people, and it is 300m from the hotel to the main building, so you have to bring your luggage and come back to the hotel. They said it was 25 euros for parking in the evening, and they told me to pay 35 euros in the morning. I ended up paying 35 euros. The hotel is on a hill alley, not on the road. You have to climb the narrow stairs with your luggage. The rooms are small and the furniture is old. Compared to the facilities, the Amalfi Hotel is outrageously expensive and outdated. There is no need to stay in expensive and backward accommodations just because it is close to the beach, and bathe in the palm-sized Amalfi Beach full of people. I regret it. There is a reason most tourists take accommodations in Rome and take a day tour of the south.

Расположение просто идеальное, на первой линии набережной (не нужно подниматься по ступеням). Сам отель старинный с интересной мебелью (все старое, но в хорошем состоянии). В номере есть все, что нужно. Завтраки хорошие на террасе с видом на море. Рекомендую

It's a good hotel. It's hard to find because the location is in the corner. It turns out that there are letters to pick you up in the central square. And yet the manager wasn't sad that I didn't see the text, and he warmly greeted us. The facilities were clean, the heating facilities were well operated and comfortable. If you have a friend who comes to Amalfi next time, I would probably recommend this accommodation. Thank you! - from south korea.

A great hotel, in foot access from the dock. Staff is very polite, friendly. Two days rested, during the stay everything went perfectly. Very beautiful territory, especially the place where breakfast is held. Breakfasts are worthy, you can find mozarella and proshuto, as well as fresh fruit (ananas, dumplings, safflowers), and many snows. We were satisfied with staying, I definitely recommend.

A very good hotel with amazing customer service. Pros: 1. They give you a free shuttle service that you can book in advance to and from Amalfi city centre. You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some trip and anytime with ease. 2. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges.  3. The restaurant serves amazing food. 4. Views from the hotel, cleanliness and the overall ambience deserves Five star! Cons: 1. Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. 2. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians. I expected atleast some warm food options like a toasted bread or crepes.  Recommend to book it 100%.

Although it is far from the coast, the scenery is very beautiful. You can buy some food in the town and have dinner on the balcony. The environment is very quiet, suitable for leisure and long-term vacation.

お部屋はとても綺麗でした。 受付までの道が結構しんどいです。急勾配な階段でした。 メイン通りから曲がる場所は分かりにくいですがGoogleマップでルート検索すると辿り着きます。 口コミで確認はしてたので、翌日宿泊予定だったナポリにてキャリーケースを預けて、一泊分のみの荷物を持って行き正解でした。あの階段をキャリーケース持って運べない、、、し、運んでくれる人は居ないようでした。 チェックインの受付の方はその日のチェックイン予定が終わったら居なくなるようです。 部屋のエアコンから水が垂れてきて対応に困りましたが、ワッツアップで確認。24度以下に温度調整すると垂れてくるとのこと。それをお部屋案内の時に教えてくれたらもっとサービスとしては良かったと思いました。 冷蔵庫にドリンクなど置いてますが、硬いので開ける時は注意です。勢い余って、瓶のドリンクが落ちて割れました。
