Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!From$120

We requested the changes in our booking through Ms. Katherine Perez last Saturday, 18 May 2024. We informed her that since my sister and her husband confirmed to join us , hence we requested for the revision of our reservation. We told her we saw the ad that costs P7,500 in one room and we would like to avail that promo. She assisted us for the booking and informed us that we will be paying additional amount of P3,375.00 which we agreed to pay upon check in. She only emphasized to us that we can no longer avail for the privilege discount of the seniors since we are already availing the hotel''s promo. She even sent us an email as proof of the balance amount we have to settle.
However, when we arrived at the check in counter, they are already charging us extra for the 4th person which is not what was discussed to us by Ms. Perez. In the end, we are at the losing end and just have no choice but to pay because she was not allowed by Mr. Cabajar, Assistant Front Office Manager to speak to us to give clarification about the matter.
There's no problem for us to pay the right amount as long as it is properly disclosed with us in the beginning .
It is even our wedding anniversary that we chose your hotel for us to celebrate and unwind. We didn't expect that we will be disappointed in a way. Where is the saying that I just hope no more client/patron would ever feel the same way.From$88

This hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.From$116

1. Improve Internet connection in room 3B3. Experienced intermittent connection especially when attended an online meeting
2. Cignal goes to standy mode for 2 consecutive days around 2am
3. Revisit policies of early check in and late check out. Those these were requested with short notice,
A. Arrived at the hotel around 5:30am but check in still happened at 3pm.

An enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. This hotel is clean and comfy to stay at. It is also equipped with AC. Not so spacious but still okay. We still had a nice time since we spent most of our time outside and just stayed here to rest and sleep. The Amare La Cucina within the hotel premises is a big plus especially that my son loves their food a lot! Very accessible also to Victory Liner terminal.
Not so accessible to tourist spots but there’s a lot of cabs available within the vicinity. Super thanks to kuya guards who are very accommodating in calling the taxi for us everytime we go out.
The hotel staff are nice and accommodating, too. They helped me when we were looking for my son’s phone and gladly, we found it. Thank you to the very fast maintenance personnel for the rescue 😉
It was a nice stay and I would choose Microtel again whenever I go back to Baguio 👌From$55

Location-wise, maganda sya kasi katapat na nya yung Burnham Park.
I feel like expensive sya dahil lang sa location. Wala rin view yung room kahit may window. Yung ambiance ng hotel is medyo old. You can have a similar price for a luxurious-feeling hotel sa Baguio pero hindi walking distance sa pasyalan. Marumi yung cabinets na napunta samin na room so we opted to keep our clothes in our bags. So weigh nalang ano isasacrifice. Yung ganda ng hotel or distance.
Di rin sila nagbibigay ng extra key card. So if may aalis kang kasama, need to coordinate sa reception or knock sa kasama all the time.
Mabait at helpful ang receptionist and guards.
Okay rin dahil may parking. Mahirap magpark sa Burnham or session road so parking our car sa hotel saved us the trouble sa paghahanap o pila sa parking sa Burnham Park.
Not the best breakfast I had in Baguio. I was expecting more, like a buffet dahil nga sa price or atleast more appealing breakfast. Hindi mainit yung fried rice na naserve samin, so a little disappointing. Yung ulam is so-so lang din. I hope that can be improved.
If we'll visit again? Pwede, pero will not avail the breakfast na siguro and if priority parin namin mamasyal sa Burnham or Session.From$60

I would like to thank the staff for being so very helpful to my girlfriend and her relatives, for sorting out her triage for her medical to come to australia. There were a few things that she needed to do and the staff were on to this. So many thanks for you kind help. They enjoyed their stay and had a good few days courtesy of my wallet haha. The room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).From$29

The roller curtains were hard to navigate. We need to call front desk for them to send tech to fix it - it is really faulty as he did a remedy by putting tissue for it to work as it should. The walls has stains which needs maintenance. The curtain has stains which made me wonder if those were molds. The shower

Second time booking at this hotel and I must say it’s worth going back to Baguio with Travelite as my choice of place to stay. Location wise it was very accessible to all especially Burnham and the city market. All staffs are very accommodating. Room is big and cozy. The room we stayed in was amazing! spacious and elegantly designed suite boasted stunning views of the city lights. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were so soft. The attention to detail in the room's furnishings and amenities was impeccable, leaving no stone unturned. My dad likes the hotel because the staff are friendly and welcoming! While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option.
A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience.
For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the city center.

The staffs are friendly, they would love to suggest places to go and tips around the place during my stay. I was in the Mt. Pulag room and I felt safe and peaceful especially during my sleep. |2.46km from city centerWe recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

We got King size bed (?), 1 TV, 1 electric fan, fridge and a small terrace with table and 2 chairs. No AC but no need since Baguio has its natural cooling system.
Only 1 bath towel and 1 blanket provided, we failed to asked for additional 😅. The gate closes by 10PM and during our last night, it was locked by 9PM. You may request for key if you'd come back late. Location wise, 8-9 minutes drive (taxi) from the center like SM, bus terminal etc.

Wifi is great and with the smart tv in room we watched movies in netflix with no lag specially since we are stuck in the room due to typhoon Paeng.

|3.31km from city centerThe unit we got is a good size and comfortable for a family of 4. We actually just slept there, out early and back late, the 3 nights of our stay.
I feel like the unit was not maintained well. The floors were not swept good. It was dusty. The bathroom lavatory leaks and the water stays on the corners of the counter. Presence of spider webs out on the terrace and presence of little cockroaches. The front screen door does not close completely.
I know there was a 5 review, units are surely different from one another.
We have a good view of the mountain and below.

The neighborhood is quiet so you can have your late night walk peacefully and feel the chilly wind. |1.27km from city centerI recently stayed at R Bed and Breakfast in Baguio City for 2 nights, booking through Trip.com, which was super easy and convenient. The prices are quite affordable, especially considering its prime location near tourist attractions and in the town proper. It's easy to find, right along the road, with ample parking space.
Upon arrival, the room was impressively spacious and tidy. (What you see is what you get based on their posted pictures.) However, there was a slight sewer smell from the toilet that could be improved. Nonetheless, the overall vibe felt cozy and homelike.
While the breakfast options were limited, they served delicious Filipino breakfast dishes, which suited our short stay perfectly. The staff throughout, from the restaurant to security and reception, were incredibly accommodating. They patiently attended to our requests and even helped us book a tour in the area.
I highly recommend R Bed and Breakfast for family trips, given its convenience, affordability, and welcoming atmosphere.
