We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They made my birthday extra special — upon check-in, I was surprised with a birthday greeting cake and a beautifully decorated room. It made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Their online messaging was very responsive, and they gladly granted all my requests. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the lobby restaurant was absolutely delicious, with high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is wonderfully quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect escape. Solid stay, but front desk service could be more consistent I’d give this Microtel a thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. Being walking distance to Victory Liner made our spontaneous trip much easier. The room was tidy, the breakfast was worth it, and the free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. A tip for travelers: Book online! The walk-in rates were significantly higher. Also, while most staff were great, our check-in inquiry felt a bit cold—first impressions matter, regardless of how ”haggard” a traveler might look after a long trip. Lastly, don't expect to stream movies as the TV is basic. Overall a nice stay, but a bit more warmth at the front desk and a tech upgrade would make it 5 stars.

The rooms at Uphill Baguio are great. There's no air conditioning, just one fan, but you can really feel Baguio's cool air, especially in the morning. The windows even fog up as if the air has ice in it. It's clean and bright everywhere, from the lobby and canteen, and especially the room where my family and I stayed. They also have complete amenities, the staff are cheerful, and of course, they offer FREE breakfast every morning. Their brewed coffee is unlimited, which you'll definitely keep coming back for, especially if you're a coffee lover like me. Thank you, Uphill Baguio, for making our trip to Baguio City to witness the Panagbenga Festival 2026 even more enjoyable and meaningful. We'll book with you again next time we visit Baguio. We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would gladly recommend NYC Manhattan Suites to others and consider staying here again on our future visits to Baguio.

I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly professional. Situated right in the city center, it’s the best choice for a budget-friendly stay near everything. Just be aware that current renovations may cause some noise, and you will need to use a service elevator and pass through the parking lot requiring a short walk to the main road. Overall its a choice.

Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

The hotel was good. The only issue I had was the TV on my room was broken before I checked in. I had to report it right away to avoid getting charged. Overall, its a nice hotel but just be wary that its located on a very steep slope so it takes a huge effort just to go back and forth to the city center. The food is great. I would really recommend the massage spa. Its a must try!!

It was a great place to stay. Was able to buy groceries and brought to my room for packing. Accessible/convenient to all as there are nearby restaurants and grocery store.

9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly.
