Hotel location is amazing. Terrace bar on level 7 with views of the Guggenheim was wonderful! Going up to the bar and getting some drinks and snacks was really lovely and the staff at the bar, reception and everywhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed the stay! Close to great restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try your best to follow a more Spanish time for lunch and dinner to feel the atmosphere and the culture. The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.FromUS$207

Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.FromUS$159

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork.
Breakfast had a decent variety of choices.
It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.FromUS$133

The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. It's conveniently located opposite the stadium, close to the Maritime Museum, Art Museum, and Guggenheim Museum, and next to a park and plaza. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming and booked my room in advance, easing the fatigue of my long flight. I wanted to try the food, but I overslept and didn't have time, though the pictures and dishes looked very appealing.FromUS$82

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling streets, where shopping and dining are within easy reach. There is a church opposite the hotel, and a 5-minute walk to a former Michelin restaurant, which is particularly delicious.

Also, the team comes up with various programmes in the evening, between 6-8pm. After that, you can head out for dinner as most restaurants open from after 7 or 8pm. Tabernas in touristy spots are open from the morning thru till late though.

La verdad es que relación precio/calidad está muy bien. La habitación, la cama y el baño eran cómodos.
La ubicación es muy buena en pleno casco viejo de la ciudad.
No tiene ascensor pero es solo un piso por escalera por lo que no es grave, pero puede ser tenido en consideración para alguien con alguna dificultad o con demasiadas maletas.
En nuestro caso muy buena experiencia. Sería bueno que incluya algún hervidor eléctrico y algún frigobar para poder tener algo de agua y/o tomarse alguna infusión más allá del desayuno.
