Guest UserGuest UserWe loved our room and the wheelchair access was very good.
Our only complaint was on our last night we met our family for dinner at the restaurant and through some problem with our order one of us at the table didn.t end up getting his meal.
We called over our waitress and explained the issue.
She saw the chef and came back and said the chef was going to prepare the meal then and said it wouldn.t be too long.
The meal still hadn.t arrived when we were all ready to leave.
The manager was very apologetic and gave us our drinks complimentary.
I understand mistakes can happen and the management were very sorry.....it just spoiled our evening a little.
Everything else about our five night stay was excellent.
We will definitely be back next year.Trending Searches
