К сожалению, пришлось уехать на день раньше, хозяин отеля помог с билетами на слип бас, и вообще он очень приветливый, старается во всем помочь. Он же организует любые трекинги и посещения пещер, правда у него чуть дороже, чем в городских агентствах. Завтрак по меню, притом вы можете выбрать только одно блюдо и один напиток, остальное за деньги.

|5.8km from city centerThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!

I was going to go to the hotel by train from Hue, but the flight was bad, so he told me that I should come by bus from Hue and took a bus ticket. It's thanks to the owner that I didn't get lost on the way. Also, the inn is in nature and is a place where you can calm your mind. There is nothing wasted in the interior, but it is also good and easy to spend. There was a pool in the courtyard. The open structure that you can enter the restaurant from the courtyard is unique and I like it very much. He called a taxi on the way back. The taxi driver seemed to know him, and he came to pick up his luggage inside. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and drinks and tastes good. You can also use only the restaurant. The atmosphere is very at home and I want to use it again.

I stayed for another night in a hurry, but I accepted it pleasantly.
You can eat on the first floor of the hotel, but there are also bakery, bar and restaurant nearby.
Is it a daughter like a family-run hotel? Is very friendly and good at English and will politely teach you advice and how to get to tourist spots. I also saw others teaching Vietnamese.
We checked out the day, we checked out for a few hours.
I'll take it and I'll go back to the hotel and I'll take my luggage.

Номер небольшой, но на 1-2 дня вролне хороший вариант.
Единственный минус - это периодически текущий кондиционер. Мы проснулись ночью от того что из него буквально полилась вода. Пришлось его выключить и спать немного в духоте.

Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a refrigerator, there is a swimming pool. In the evening, after checking out of the room and excursions, you can take a shower.
Very energetic and active hostess, who organizes any tours and transport at reasonable prices.

В нашем отеле мест не было, поэтому выбрали Golden forest homestay. Гостиница расположена прям на станции слипбасов. Буквально в 5 метрах, что очень удобно Заселили быстро , очень мило встретили, проводили в отличную комнату, где мы выспались без проблем. Большое спасибо за отличный сервис. Единственный минус-плохо работает кондиционер, но сильно не мешало, т к в комнате есть вентилятор.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

I stayed at the highest room class but no wellcome drink
The location of my room is great, but there are too few power sockets in the room, 2 places at the head of the bed are used to plug the lights, the location behind the TV is also closed, only 1 location at the desk and covered by the table is very difficult to plug, the room class is the highest but there is no bathtub Bath.
The advantages here: the staff is really enthusiastic, hard and polite, the beach is beautiful, private, the bath in the morning is safer and more pleasant than the afternoon bath, professional lifeguard and care about guests, The resort has many swimming pools and good water temperature for children as well as safe for children. Green and large space is a big advantage. Get shuttle on the resort campus is very fast by tram.
The disadvantage is that in addition to the first part, there are: the quality of breakfast is not good, the dining room space is simple, the table is too much, the cafe has too little drinks.
The location is quite far from the center, going to eat or explore will be a bit difficult because the weather is really hot, the restaurant and restaurant mainly open in the evening.

The three women running the place did an excellent job and provided us a service worthy of a luxury hotel! The view from the terrace was absolutely fantastic and we spent much time drinking delicious homemade coffee and eating local food. Other amenities on site include kayaks for going out on the river and transfers to the centre of the city. We could also without a problem leave our bags there after check out. Would definitely recommend this homestay for people who want to enjoy some quiet time next to the river!

|5.78km from city centerClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete
