We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout — from the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
The breakfast was a real highlight — a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options with something to suit every taste. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and the food. Though foods could be replenished a bit faster during peak breakfast hours when popular items run out quickly.

The hotel is suitable for those who want to cook their own food, even during a short stay: it is always convenient to have a stove, dishes, a kettle. It should be noted that there is no daily cleaning of the room and you need to take care of taking out the trash, etc. The proximity to the tram stop is a big plus. location is great. room is spacious with balcony but it's not up to normal hotel cleanliness standard as toilet was a bit smelly while blankets & fitted sheet were not clean for the sofa bed so we had to change. since it's an aparthotel, by default, no tidy up service in room while changing of towels require extra costFrom$134

It's located right next to the tourist information center, so it's in a great location. It's also close to a tram station, so it's very convenient for sightseeing.
The exterior was modest, but I was excited by the French-style staircase and rooms.
There is an elevator, but you have to climb about three flights of stairs to get to some places.
The hotel staff were polite and they also stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.
The facilities were clean and wonderful, with no particular inconveniences, but they don't provide toothbrushes like in Japan, so I'll give it 4 stars.
It's very good value for money, so I'd like to return when I go to Bordeaux again.

The hotel is great, both the room and the breakfast, the staff are very friendly. The only downside I can mention is that upon arrival they asked for a €100 deposit per night, which we didn't think was appropriate since the room had been paid for weeks in advance. We said that we hadn't been informed of this and that we had never had a deposit taken by credit card at a hotel before, and then they told us it was optional... so we didn't leave a deposit, but we were still quite alarmed.

Among the hostels I've stayed at in Europe, this one definitely stands out for its relatively new decor and excellent facilities. It's also very clean, though my room was a bit far from the bathroom.
The location is super convenient, really close to the train station, and there are several bus stops nearby. My only minor complaint is that the electronic lock for my room was broken and never fixed, and it seemed like no one was around to manage or repair it.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a parking lot at the back. It is about a 3-minute walk from the Wine Museum and about a 35-minute walk from the Place de la Shuijing. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Garonne River and restaurants along the way. I will stay here again next time.

The hostel is very new and modern, I really liked the sturdy bunk beds and the comfy sheets. I appreciate that they do not charge more for the all female dorm. The room is very spacious, the shower is nice there is a table and chairs in the room. The hostel also has a kitchen and overall the buildings are nice and modern. The staff was also very sweet, supportive and I talked to a troublesome guest that multiple people complained about. For an even better experience I would suggest a bigger bin, that is emptied daily and to put the house rules on the door.
