The location of the hotel is very good. There is a street park with a lawn 200 meters from the intersection. Children play football, and the hotel is very close to the Metro Line 9 station. Travel is very convenient. There is also a large-scale Carrefour supermarket near the subway entrance. The bar below the hotel is very lively, singing and dancing every day. . . . .

The front desk staff of the hotel has a good service attitude, and there are books and board games at the front desk to borrow.
The room facilities are very good, the pots and pans are all complete, the sofa bed is tiled for you in advance, there is a balcony, the facilities are very new, and the price is really invincible.

|1.37km from city centerLovely staff and really clean facilities.. Really enjoyed the stay. Perfect location for us. Near the metro and was a quick train ride to Roland Garos. (Quite an easy walk too if one so wishes). Room was small but we knew this upfront before we booked. We had breakfast one of the days and was really good and at a good price. We will stay again when we go back to Roland Garos.

I booked it for the last time in Paris for the purpose of sleeping after the Paris Saint-Germain game.
I saw a lot of people walking from the stadium to 15 minutes walk before the game.
Fortunately, after the game, it was past 11 p.m., but there were many people walking into the alley, so it was safe.
The location was really the best because there was a subway station right in front of it and there was McDonald's and kfc so it was good to solve the meal simply.
The room was a little smaller than the picture, the building was old, but the interior was tidy and the staff were all really friendly
First of all, I was so hungry that I ordered espresso + ice + cold water to the staff.
Friendly manufacturing (the staff joked that it was the first ah manufacturing in their life) and ate it so deliciously.

The king-size bed room comes with a simple wardrobe, table, TV, and telephone. The service guide is very comprehensive, even including information about nearby life services, such as hairdressing, massage, and shopping malls. The bathroom is compact, and the shower can be used normally. The only minor problem is that the sink is a little blocked. Oh, by the way, the sound insulation is not very good. I stayed for seven nights, and the noise of tourists next door disturbed me on two nights, but fortunately it stopped at 11 o'clock. If you are not a person who is particularly particular about ”poor family and rich road”, you can save money by staying here. The breakfast of this store is very good, at least I always eat a lot, hahahaha. On the last two days, there are tortillas.

|1.7km from city centerThis was our first hotel on our European trip. It's apartment-style and quite spacious, with a kitchen complete with stovetops and utensils, perfect for cooking. There's a Carrefour supermarket nearby, and another supermarket near the metro station.
The room amenities were average and a bit dated. There was a smoke detector on the dining table that beeped every few seconds, which was quite disturbing. I removed it and put it back on before leaving. The room had a large balcony, and it was lovely to stand there in the morning, taking in the fresh air and the view.
The bathroom was quite spacious, but the hygiene inside the toilet was beyond my tolerance, and I wouldn't stay there again for that reason.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our entire European trip. The bread was fresh and delicious, and the large sausages were so delicious that my children still raved about them after returning home. You can also make your own orange juice, boil eggs, and make crepes. The coffee was a little weak, but the breakfast was still quite good.

|0.58km from city centerthe area is off the main districts of Paris, at the end of th Metro 10. it is a 5mins walk from the station, with stairs, better not taking metro with luggage. We took Uber to the hotel from the airport wich costs 52euro, which is acceptable.
The neighborhood are mostly beautiful apartments, quiet and safe, surrounded by varies pastry shops, supermarkets, local restaurants.
The room is spacious, clean and decent, very good value for Paris. All staff are fluent in english and very helpful. Breakfast is cozy with good choices, with fancy coffee machines. I am sure anyone would be satisfied.

Other than this, I was satisfied! Especially the man who was in the inception was friendly! (I would have been frustrated because I couldn't communicate, but kindly responded to the end ....)
