Nice hotel, in a quiet area and not far from the center (10-15 minutes depending on where you want to go). I missed attention. Both in the restaurant where I had lunch and when I checked in. No explanation about the hotel. (Where is the breakfast room?, WiFi, wellness, what restaurants are there?) What was great, my car was driven to the parking lot. In the restaurant there was no attention. How does the food taste, would you like another wine, coffee, dessert? There are 4 great restaurants in the courtyard. In the evening the cocktail at Saudade was delicious.
Hotel carino, in a tranquil area and in distant areas of the city center (10-15 minutes walking distance from the airport). Ho perso l'attenzione. Sia nel ristorante dove ho pranzato che al momento del check-in. Nessuna spiegazione sull'hotel. (Dove la sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, la mia macchina è stata portata al parcheggio. 🙏 Nel ristorante non c'era attenzione. Great hotel despite the shortage of staff. Good 30 min walk into town which wouldn't be suitable for some. Very modern. Great breakfast buffet. Lots of gel and staff in masks. Nice outside area. Big modern room with good sound proofing, fridge, safe, good supply of power points, good lighting and lots of mirrors! Black out curtains. Good a/c, very quiet. Comfy bed. Good bathroom with a big bath with removable shower head. Group meal was slow and main course wasn't hot. That's our only complaint and it's probably due to the staff shortage which is worldwide problem in hospitality. We stayed as part of an organised tour. People travelling as individual couples may not notice the service issues but we did have to wait for bar service when there as a couple too.From$151

I stayed in Flora for the second time, the first last December (then was a couple trip with my husband and we stayed in the suite with the chiocola stairs, uncomfortable the bathroom, for the rest really beautiful, We stayed in two comfortable, clean, comfortable, comfortable rooms, the strong point is the bathroom, very comfortable. The services are different, breakfast was not very different, although both salted and sweet, but the oven products and the salted part were excellent (the eggs were very good!). The restaurant is very good, we have eaten a fish menu and I would also return to the restaurant. The staff of all departments really professional, kind and comfortable. A note separately deserves the beautiful collections present: antique and modernized, in particular toys, vessels, statues and lamps, pictures, but also various objects such as aquasantery, an old cash recorder and more, Verily beautiful and well maintained, every time I know something different. This was an easy stay. A fairly modest comfortable, well furnished boutique hotel in Cagliani. Very well situated near the old town. We enjoyed our walk to the botanical gardens and the main square in the old town, where there are many wonderful, small restaurants. We could also walk from the hotel to the top of the hill and all of the walkways up there that sport amazing views! One caution: be careful not to book a room facing the street. That’s what we had our first night and it was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the passing traffic and pedestrians. Happily Hotel management was able to change our room for our second night.From$213

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. We really liked the location as it was central and close to everything, including the bus station. The bathroom was well equipped and even had a bidet. The staff was very helpful and they always tried their best to answer any questions we had. They even helped find contact numbers for parks we wanted to visit, and explained where to go. Breakfast was quite nice and had a nice selection of different foods and desserts every morning. The room seemed to always be warm, sometimes a little too warm. The only way to cool it down was through a window, though cooking smells from the restaurant next door would waft in. We would have liked it better if we had control over the air-conditioning in the room. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room for tea, but it wasn't a big issue since the hotel is surrounded by great cafés. We also ate dinner at the hotel, and though the food was delicious, it was a little pricey compared to the many restaurants in the vicinity. You might want to explore the area for more selection and possibly better prices for food. Overall, we had a lovely time and we look forward to visiting again. It was great value for our money, and it's a good place to stay if you want quick access to most of the interesting sites in the area. From$177

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. |0.89km from city centerI spent four nights in this hotel, room “three”. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel was located on the other side of the city center from University campuses where I had a conference. However, the walk through the center was very pleasant (although the city has quite a lot of hills, and thus ups and downs for walking). There are restaurants very close, as the city center and tourist area are right there next to the hotel. However, the hotel is on a side street a little bit away from the tourist area in such a way that the hotel area itself was very peaceful and quiet, even during a weekend. The breakfast was of good quality and there was nice variation in terms of breads, juices, fruits, and yogurts – considering that this was a very small hotel with probably slightly less resources than bigger hotel chains, they really made nice efforts with the breakfast. The desserts were sweet and delicious. It was also possible to order an omelet for breakfast – I did not do that but saw some others ordering. The breakfast time started only at 8 am, which was slightly inconvenient, but manageable. It is possible to enter the breakfast area through the elevator or through the stairs, but sometimes the staff did not unlock the door from the stairs in the morning so the way through the elevator generally functioned better if one was arriving early for breakfast. The cleaning was always done very well, and I am picky about that. The room had good space to place my things. There was also enough space in the bathroom. The air conditioning functioned well and it was relatively easy to adjust to one’s liking. However, during the first night I woke up feeling too cold and the system thus needed some learning to be able to use it the most effectively. The shower water ran well. The service was always nice and efficient. For example, I had asked for rugs to be removed from my room beforehand, as I have a dust allergy and can sometimes get an allergic reaction from some rugs. The hotel staff had done that, the rugs had been removed. So they clearly listened to guests’ wishes very nicely. They also replied promptly to my emails. My room had a shower in the room itself, not in the bathroom, which may not be convenient, if there is more than one person staying. I was fine with this as I was alone. The room also had a nice outside area attached to the room where it was possible to sit and, for example, work very conveniently until it got too dark in the evening. There was no view but that did not matter to me. The view from the third floor, where the breakfast was, was beautiful over several buildings in the city. It is worth noting that the reception closes at 8:00 pm and after that, one can only get to the hotel with one’s own key. So better hold on to that key, if you are coming late. Moreover, it is necessary to advise the hotel in advance if you are arriving later than 8 pm the first evening, so that the hotel may instruct you on how to get in. I

She provided us with useful advice for our stay...We checked in and checked out independently with the codes provided by Luisa, it was very practical. The room was clean with modern furnishings but the size was a little small. We had requested a balcony...but to define it as such requires some imagination...it was a tiny balcony where two could barely fit with an unpleasant view...Bathroom ok. We liked Cagliari a lot, really clean and quiet with people who were polite and respectful of others. We walked around the city at any time without ever being disturbed or bothered by anyone. I recommend going to see the flamingos and the beaches of Calafighiera, Calamosca, and the Poetto beach, easily reachable by bus from Cagliari. Eating good fresh fish in peace in front of a beautiful sea relaxed us a lot. We had a great time......

Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a very nice shower. |1.14km from city centerWe stayed for 3 amazing nights in this B&B on our trip to Cagliari for a wedding. It was a perfect place to stay. It was easy to get around Cagliari on foot from this spot. It was very secure. It does have a small elevator, which you may want to use, as it is on the 3rd floor of the building. Valentina was a magnificent host. The place is beautiful. We took 2 rooms - one for me and my husband, and one for our son. Everyone was comfortable. The beds were the perfect mix of soft and firm. The space was lovely, clean, spacious, and modern. It looked very new. The rooms have private bathrooms, and each of those were also lovely with all the amenities. I want to hire Valentina to help redesign my bathrooms at home. The whole space is thoughtfully laid out to provide space and privacy. She had a space for us to store our luggage on the day we checked out. I also have gluten and dairy intolerance issues and she was able to accommodate my dietary needs in the generous, thoughtful breakfast she provided, which included meat, eggs, vegan options, coffee, juices, and other options. It was warm during our visit, and the rooms were perfectly cooled. They also had windows that opened 2 different ways so we could enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the city or keep the cool air in and keep it quiet. Valentina was mostly on site if we had a need, but we were able to come and go as needed. Our rooms were also carefully cleaned daily by a meticulous, yet thoughtful lady during our stay. It was delightful. We would definitely recommend this B&B as the ideal place to stay in Cagliari, and Valentina as the perfect host. We hope to return to Cagliari and to B&B Centro Storico via Sassari when we do. Thank you! PS - The pictures provided here are accurate representations of the facilities. It is GORGEOUS!

Could not have asked for a better location. Martina and Carla were so kind and helpful both before and during our stay, always available through WhatsApp to answer questions we had about the area (eg number for local taxi). Our rooms were cleaned well every day we stayed there and we were provided fresh towels. The Wifi worked well as did the air conditioning. Coffee and water offered free of charge in reception. Our only regret was that we did not book a superior room so that we could have a balcony / access to fresh air from outside. Our window opened out into reception, but it is our error for not booking a superior room. Overall we had a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again / recommend it to anybody visiting Cagliari. 🥰

The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

Our room was stunningly decorated and a treat to come to. HOWEVER, it was unbearably small. I would recommend that you consider the largest room available. We had little room for our luggage and had to climb over things to get to the other side of the room. We are small statured people and it was still a struggle. The hotel is green conscious. Had great food, and the best coffee on the island. If you require dependable WiFi and internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The connection dropped throughout our 5 day stay and on our last evening, the power went out for the entire evening, over a 12 hour period. For about 5 hours, the power came on and off, but kept kicking off. We were never provided with an explanation for it, just that our side of the building was affected and that they were looking into the situation. At 12 midnight, I demanded an explanation, and the staff person basically said that they were told the matter would be fixed by the city centre by 9PM BUT by midnight there was nothing that could be done according to the staff. By 9PM there was NO POWER to us until approximately 7AM and nothing was offered to us to make up for the situation. I asked for a refund for the evening but the working staff refused to accommodate us, they had no authority to follow through with anything. We had prepaid through our travel agent, who now tells us that we needed to deal with the hotel directly. Our time on Sardinia was a lovely dream come true, HOWEVER, this last night has left a real sour experience to our holiday.

|0.92km from city centerThe B&B is centrally located but the quality and service are both quite poor. Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. It would run for a while and then shut off and the room got very hot. The doors to the apartment and all the rooms make a loud buzzing sound when you use the electronic key. This is a problem because you hear a lot of loud buzzing from the other rooms as people are coming and going. I discussed both issues with the owner but he explained neither is a problem. He said the air conditioning worked (it didn’t) and he said the sound the doors make exists in all hotels and isn’t annoying because it’s not continuous (never heard such a sound and definitely annoying). We also weren’t super happy with the quality of the room. Everything is just cheap ikea and it’s already showing quite a bit of wear. There also wasn’t anywhere to put your suitcase or to sit in the room (other than the bed). You should also be aware that there is no staff on site and all communication with the owner is over WhatsApp.

All staff were amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Sun loungers, parasols, beach towels and bikes were all available if required.

|1.12km from city centerWe were really good! Being in the centre the location is perfect for walking, and the private parking allows you to always have the car space available. It is closed with electric gate and is located just a few meters from the entrance. This is very friendly and available staff. The rooms are clean and clean, and a small refrigerator in the room is also available. There is also a beautiful terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy the fresh. As regards prices, absolutely honest and competitive compared to other rental rooms in the centre. Absolutely recommended, every time I have the pleasure of staying in Cagliari I will certainly choose the Lewisroom Domo!!

They gave us so much information about the island, how to get around & the fun things happening every night. Don’t hesitate! Just book a room here because you will not regret it! Staying here made my trip so much better. I came with my friend & we had separate rooms. The rooms are beautiful & were cleaned and towels were replaced everyday. They also have good security which made me feel safe. I will absolutely go back one day. Thank you so much Eja Sardinia! I’m so grateful ❤️

Nice outside area. Big modern room with good sound proofing, fridge, safe, good supply of power points, good lighting and lots of mirrors! Black out curtains. Good a/c, very quiet. Comfy bed. Good bathroom with a big bath with removable shower head. Group meal was slow and main course wasn't hot. That's our only complaint and it's probably due to the staff shortage which is worldwide problem in hospitality. We stayed as part of an organised tour. People travelling as individual couples may not notice the service issues but we did have to wait for bar service when there as a couple too.

As I had to leave the hotel at 4:50 a.m., the previous day I warned at the reception and made a bag with some breakfast products (a fruit juice, a chocolate croissant, two toasts and a compot) - missed a small bottle of water and The hotel was very good, the room was very small, and the room was very comfortable. I would return to this hotel again without hesiting if I look for a hotel near the airport for just a few nights.

The services are different, breakfast was not very different, although both salted and sweet, but the oven products and the salted part were excellent (the eggs were very good!). The restaurant is very good, we have eaten a fish menu and I would also return to the restaurant. The staff of all departments really professional, kind and comfortable. A note separately deserves the beautiful collections present: antique and modernized, in particular toys, vessels, statues and lamps, pictures, but also various objects such as aquasantery, an old cash recorder and more, Verily beautiful and well maintained, every time I know something different. I will certainly return to it.

Clean and ordered. Pre-packed breakfast varies and is sufficient, with the possibility of making coffee or tea (no milk, which I had brought with me in bricks to single packs), but there is a kitchen in the common part. The manager was very kind and very helpful.

|1.31km from city centerThe rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. We really liked the location as it was central and close to everything, including the bus station. The bathroom was well equipped and even had a bidet. The staff was very helpful and they always tried their best to answer any questions we had. They even helped find contact numbers for parks we wanted to visit, and explained where to go. Breakfast was quite nice and had a nice selection of different foods and desserts every morning. The room seemed to always be warm, sometimes a little too warm. The only way to cool it down was through a window, though cooking smells from the restaurant next door would waft in. We would have liked it better if we had control over the air-conditioning in the room. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room for tea, but it wasn't a big issue since the hotel is surrounded by great cafés. We also ate dinner at the hotel, and though the food was delicious, it was a little pricey compared to the many restaurants in the vicinity. You might want to explore the area for more selection and possibly better prices for food. Overall, we had a lovely time and we look forward to visiting again. It was great value for our money, and it's a good place to stay if you want quick access to most of the interesting sites in the area.

We enjoyed our walk to the botanical gardens and the main square in the old town, where there are many wonderful, small restaurants. We could also walk from the hotel to the top of the hill and all of the walkways up there that sport amazing views! One caution: be careful not to book a room facing the street. That’s what we had our first night and it was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the passing traffic and pedestrians. Happily Hotel management was able to change our room for our second night.

Both in the restaurant where I had lunch and when I checked in. No explanation about the hotel. (Where is the breakfast room?, WiFi, wellness, what restaurants are there?) What was great, my car was driven to the parking lot. In the restaurant there was no attention. How does the food taste, would you like another wine, coffee, dessert? There are 4 great restaurants in the courtyard. In the evening the cocktail at Saudade was delicious.
Hotel carino, in a tranquil area and in distant areas of the city center (10-15 minutes walking distance from the airport). Ho perso l'attenzione. Sia nel ristorante dove ho pranzato che al momento del check-in. Nessuna spiegazione sull'hotel. (Dove la sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, la mia macchina è stata portata al parcheggio. 🙏 Nel ristorante non c'era attenzione. Che sapore ha il cibo, vorresti un altro vino, un caffè, un dolce? Ci sono 4 ottimi ristoranti nel cortile. La sera il cocktail al Saudade era delizioso.

Cosa molto importante in una città è avere il parcheggio chiuso e coperto. Ecco, la struttura offre anche questo. TOP Le stanze si trovano tutte all'ottavo piano con una vista panoramica sulla città. Accoglienza molto calorosa. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Le stanze hanno tutto ciò che può essere utile (ed anche di più) per trascorrere un soggiorno. Scrivania e frigo bar, tv, armadio grande, porta valigia rialzato, phon, asciugamani e sapone. Al nono piano invece è situata una grande veranda, in parte aperta con tanto verde intorno, e l'altra parte chiusa con vetrate dove è possibile fare una splendida colazione tranquilla. La colazione è ricca. I prodotti sono freschi, ma le paste che fa Laura lo sono ancora di più. Cappuccino e\o caffè, succo d'arancia e acqua..... Insomma, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. La struttura offre, fra i tanti servizi, escursioni in bici elettriche nella zona antica, oppure alla ricerca dei magnifici fenicotteri rosa, molto presenti in zona. Ritorneremo a dicembre, nel periodo natalizio. Consigliato a famiglie, giovani.......a tutti

Accommodation including coffee tea water and juices. Location is perfect because it is near the port and many restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Under the living room/kitchen you can use. Delightful toilet articles from Aqua di Parma. Every morning Fabrizio was present for any questions. We'll be booking it again.
