|2.09km from city centerWe had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro.
Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out.
Overall a good stay. We would return.

|2.53km from city centerWe arrived at middle of night, the staff was so welcoming. They gave us a family suite but we booked a delux suite. They told us that they will change us tomorrow afternoon. So We went to the room and lie down after shower we saw some bugs running around the bed and on the ground. These bugs come from perished food and bad flesh. So we asked them to change our room and again they put us in a family suite and this time the wifi was so bad and the range had only 1 bar showing. And again we asked them to give the delux room and they changed us. The food is good and the location is not so bad, but i wouldn't be coming here again.

|4.43km from city centerIt was very cold, they didn’t provide a heater, citing the fact that it was in more expensive rooms (when I booked the room it was the only one available, I should have written that it was freezing cold right away). We were denied water in the evening; there was a kettle, but no water. I consider this the most inhospitable thing that could be done.
The sheets and towels were clean, there is a boiler, but it only heats a little water, only enough for a quick shower.

As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

It was hard to find a 3 ⭐ property near jama masjid area as the area is very crowded.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.
The behaviour of the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
The service provided was really good and would definitely refer others to this hotel.
The hotel has a very majestic view of Jama masjid especially at night.
The hotel has in house restaurant for food also however it is very very costly.
It's better to eat outside rather than paying so high at the in-house restaurant.
and special thanks to MMT because I was able to book the cheaper rate rather than directly booking from the hotel.
overall it was a awesome experience.

|2.69km from city centerStay here if you have a very early train to catch in the morning, or if you prefer staying close to railway station, Vegetarian street food available quite easily, 300 mtrs to the very famous Sita Ram Diwan Chand chole kulche wale and 900 mtrs from Famous Kashmiri Sweets (amritsari chur chur naan). Property needs better maintenance, Room no 308 has AC but it is missing a window glass, Dry summer heat, heating up the room, as the glass is missingb AC cooling has no effect, Very dirty sheets with stains, you may catch some skin allergy if you come in contact with those filthy flattened Quilt, literally yellow with stains within covers. Dusty rooms with sofa which have not been vacuumed for ever. If the management or owner gets serious and supervises a little bit on little repairs and aesthetics part, customers can have better experience, Hotel Serves both veg amd non veg food. Positives. Reached @ 6:30 am, staff were very kind and understood my checkout was next day at 5:45 and allowed me early check in immediately, i really appericiate this understanding by one of the morning staff, but the next shift guy was a bit cranky saying why was i given an early checkin. Overall 3 stars out of 5
