People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

第一天在餐廳吃的午飯，燒雞，湯，小炒都很好吃。附近有家餐廳也很好吃。
説點建議：
1.早餐分量少種類少，吃不飽，勉強要求添粥來混個飽，如果加個麪/餛飩，肉包/麪包之類的會更好；
2.槳板體驗其實是一個房間一個板，並不是一人一板。這個在券上沒有寫明，下樓領板時一開始也沒有説明，這樣不太好。
3.槳板的專業指引不夠（至少我們遇到的工作人員不專業）。糾正一下工作人員知識上的錯誤和建議：a.槳不是跟板配的，而是應該是根據劃的人的身高配的；b.槳板需要配齊尾鰭，否則影響板子方向穩定性；c.板子務必打好充足的氣，氣太少是很影響安全性的，我們其中一個板子單腿剛下去時明顯已經要浸到水面了，工作人員竟然説“就是這樣的，坐下去後會散開”，這樣非常危險，槳板全稱本就是站立式槳板，腳底面積的壓強絕對不應該塌下去，不要這樣誤導客户也不建議無視這個危險性；d.沒有基本安全介紹，例如最遠能劃到那，這個水域是否有需要注意的地方，對公開户外水域還是應該保持敬畏。
這是個親子酒店，日常初學者和小朋友多，想了下還是多説幾句。
