Did not know it was a single bed and that was a big low factor for me. There were 2 pillows, so some improvement on other hotels I have been in recently. The location was excellent right off the main sqaure. The restaurant was on and handy if it rains. There were some ammenties, but couldn't find a hairdryer. I went for a face treatment in their spa and really enjoyed it. My skin feels good.From$94

The hotel is beautifully located. Right by the river, so everything is close. The rooms are beautiful. The service is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The dishes were very small at very high prices. Plus the waiter service, which the customer only finds out about when paying the bill. Maybe this is standard. I don't know. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city.
Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene.
In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start.
What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. I highly recommend the Admiral Hotel. The location is exquisite. The Old Town of Gdańsk is at your fingertips, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions around. An ideal place to stay for two for a weekend or longer to spend a nice time in the historic center of Gdańsk. There is a small paid parking lot under the hotel, but there is a large paid private car park within 100m.

The hotel was centrally located, right across from St Mary’s cathedral. Room was quiet and clean, although on the small side. There was no air conditioning but the window could be opened and there was an efficient stand up oscillating fan. Front desk was open 24hrs and staff was friendly and helpful. There was no pool and we did not visit the spa, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price but there were so many bakeries and restaurants nearby, we did not take advantage of it.From$41

Bus 122 directly from Airport will drop you off the Olivia Arena in the main road in about 40 minutes
( Hala Olivia Station ). Hotel behind the Arena can be reached by climbing the stairs next to Olivia Arena building.
25 minutes by tram to Gdansk central and 15 minutes to a beautiful beach park.
I had early morning flight and very kindly provided me with very good Breakfast Pack to take with me before 6 am at my request.
Very helpful staff.

The overall personal accommodation experience is very good, but the hotel may not be suitable for the elderly without elevator.
