The only exception is the front door.• If there is SNOW or ICE outside, our management team has 24 hours to clean up and salt. There are Salt Bins & Shovels located near the driveway, and by both entryways. Please salt any areas that you feel are necessary, as it may take our team some time to arrive on premises during or after a storm. This action is requested from ALL Tenants in each apartment. **NOTE: our team is not responsible for digging out Your Vehicle, or any other Tenants Vehicle during or after a snow storm. You will be contacted a maximum of 30 minutes before they arrive to remove your vehicle so that they can plow & salt.**• Towels & Linens are included• Refrigerator: Must be emptied of all perishables upon departure.• Lost & Found: Per agreement, we are not responsible for the theft or loss of any of your personal items.
