I struggled to understand English when checking out when there were no Japanese staff present, lol.
My children are in junior high school, so a pool this size was just right, and I chose this hotel primarily for its location.
We stayed for three nights, and the food and atmosphere were so good that we had dinner at the poolside bar on two of those nights.From$306

I had no problems staying there. They offered cleaning services such as just changing the bathroom or towels, and I was able to enjoy the hotel's amenities, including the gym and the beach right in front of the pool. The hotel's location was also perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center. The taxi service to the airport, which the hotel called, was a flat rate of $30. Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.From$240

Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff.From$159

Originally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!From$170

The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable.
It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish.
Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable.
The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food.
I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!

|0.5km from city centerI spent two nights at Dusit Thani and two nights at Crown. Dusit Thani was 400,000 won per night, while Crown was 250,000 won per night.
The view from Dusit Thani is absolutely breathtaking, but the interior felt a bit dated. Crown's interior, however, is much more pleasant and comfortable than its view. Many hotels in Guam are showing their age, but Crown recently underwent renovations, making it exceptionally clean with great bedding.
To maximize your satisfaction during your trip, I highly recommend checking the renovation date when booking any accommodation.

You need to literally buy a blanket at Ross because the blankets are literal sheets or some crumpled up back blanket stuffed in the corner of the closet. The airconditioning is so cold that you may catch a cold without a blanket.
I am a person that believes in “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything” but omg the housekeeping is just close to nothing. Only takes out the trash and that’s basically it. Still left a tip everyday but still a bare minimum of at least sweeping the floor would be nice.
But the location and price was chefs kiss so just bring or buy a blanket.

The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home.
It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time.

There is an ABC store next door, which is convenient for buying drinks and snacks.
It's within walking distance to duty free, so the location is no problem. You can also walk to the beach.
I rented a car and there was ample parking space behind the hotel, which I could use for free.
The free Wifi in the hotel was a little weak, but it wasn't a problem. NHK was also shown on the TV.
Recommended for those looking for reasonable accommodation.

the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

|0.73km from city centerThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel.

First of all, it was an honor to stay at Lotte Hotel.
However, when I checked in, dust was gathered in the corners so much that it was visible. It even stayed on the blanket, so my wife, who has a sensitive nose, had a hard time. Other than that, the view was so beautiful that I was impressed, and I was so grateful for the kindness.
The food was delicious and suited my taste, so I was really glad!!
Anyway, my honeymoon was so successful, so I would like to thank everyone.
The weather was so nice until the day I left that I hesitated to return.ㅜㅜ
If I get another chance, I would like to use it again.

I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room.
A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day.
They even took it away, which was disappointing.
Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them,
but the service was good otherwise.
The facilities are old because they are old,
but they put in more effort to manage and provide service,
so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip.
The pool is nice and it's quiet.

|1.5km from city centerToothbrush is not provided unless you ask the front desk. We requested for room cleaning on our 3rd night but it was not as clean as we expected. The toilet bowl was not cleaned, the floors were not wiped, the soap, shampoo, etc was not refilled. Our room door was difficult to open/close. There was a musty smell coming from the toilet. And one of the room lights was flickering.
Location was good 10 mins to the airport.
