The hotel is newly built, for the city center, overlooking the entire city, the view is very good. The hotel’s facilities are also brand new, spacious and bright, with gardens around. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious, with smoked salmon and sparkling wine, luxurious configuration. Very good value for money.

Absolu Super Preis/Leistungsverhältniss. Herr an der Rezeption mit längeren grauen Haaren hat absolut verstanden wie Hotelempfang funktioniert, schade das es nicht nur solche Mentalitäten gibt.

Wir haben in dem sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten modernen Appartement ein schönes Wochenende verbracht und die ländliche Idylle um uns herum genossen. Toll war auch der Frühstücksservice mit frischen Brötchen direkt an der Wohnungstür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel is very tastefully furnished. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you don't note that the room is not cleaned at a 4-day stay or the towels are exchanged only if you take care of it. It's a pity that hotels now see this as a standard. At the beginning there was another drink voucher and now you simply do nothing more and the guest must ask for everything like a caller and that even with higher room prices. Tip for the sauna you get a bathman...You just need to keep on the reception 😉

The sauna was open in another building,up to 21:30,additionally was 8 euros per person,where it is open up to 23:00 in other hotels and included in the price. There were very soft towels, very good kittens and hot covers d. I felt like home. There was water cooker and coffee, cups, water, glasses, refrigerator. That was very pleasant. I would recommend further.

Next to the Neka River, the core city, the surrounding environment is very good, it is convenient to travel and go shopping, the hotel is hygienic, and the facilities are very good.

Ideal for business trips in Heilbronn and surrounding areas! It takes 10 minutes to walk to town!

Good location just a few minutes walk to the city centre, friendly and uncomplicated. All the time has been there and again at any time. Price performance matches.

Excellent small hotel. Very clean and away from the main street so it’s very quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is that they don’t have a check-out process, so the cleaning staff don’t know if you have left or you are still in your room. The cleaning staff opened the door to my room at 8:30am on the day of my departure. I had just come out of the shower and was not wearing any clothes.(Check-out time is 12:00) I suggest implementing some kind of check-out process, or instructing staff to wait until 12:00 for opening the doors in occupied rooms.
