Jiulongkou Hantian Hot Spring Hotel is located in Jiulongkou National Geopark. It has a beautiful environment, pleasant scenery, spacious and bright rooms, and soft and comfortable bedding. The receptionist Qiu Ying provided warm, thoughtful and considerate service. The hotel is a quiet and pleasant resort hotel. It is a good choice for traveling with children and family during the holidays.

The room was excellent, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The environment was great, and the service was attentive. The location is superb, right next to a subway station and a shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, eating, and entertainment! The front desk staff even recommended a local snack street, which was fantastic!

The room is quite spacious and the view outside the window is also very good. It's just that the furniture and appliances are quite old. But the hygiene is quite clean. The service was acceptable. One point was deducted because when we checked in, the front desk clerk did not tell us exactly where the elevator was for guest room check-in. As a result, I led two elderly people in their 80s with large and small bags. Xingli walked around in the lobby on the first floor. Moreover, in such a big hotel, there is no staff to deliver luggage in line, which is very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is not worth the 98 yuan at all. The milk is made from milk powder, and snacks such as small cakes are made from cheap plant-based cream. I probably won’t choose breakfast here again next time.

I originally booked a business suite, but they upgraded me to a large suite, a full 120 square meters! It was very comfortable for two people. The service was excellent, everyone was very welcoming, and the cleanliness was great. The parking lot was large and underground, and the breakfast was quite plentiful, including freshly ground coffee – very nice!

Free dinner is also provided in the evening. There are vegetarian and fruit cutting. Don't be too cost-effective. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which solves the laundry problem of long-distance travel. It is very practical. Breakfast is available in both Chinese and Western categories, and the Ming stall is freshly cooked and eaten with peace of mind. The front desk jj service attitude is quite good, there are more things to bring on business trips, and the room type has been upgraded intimately.

這次出行説實話由於前期的溝通不順暢，導致期待比較低。但實際入住以後，還是讓人非常滿意的 房間：我們這次定了2間豪華大床房，2間連在一起，與傳統房型不一樣，是單獨的小院。 環境：每間都有一個小院子，有花草，有椅子，灰牆瓦舍屋檐，徽派建築感，房間也很大，特別是衞生間，每間都有2個洗手枱和一個大浴缸。 吃早飯的地方也在一個單獨的院子，不大，古建築感也很明顯 位置：酒店在淮劇小鎮的裏面，逛累了，吃好了，直接走小門就可以回酒店，小門就在美食街往前走200米左右，吃完飯，散散步，泡個澡，舒服。（美食街有一家叫肖蘸的米線店很好吃） 酒店送了2張遊船票，從另一個後門出去也很方便。遊船半小時一班，整點和半點。 服務：後期和酒店的工作人員接觸發現，其實大家都很熱情樸實，剛到酒店，就有一個南京的大哥帶着我們去看淮劇（酒店送的，有字幕，能看懂，值得一看），邊走邊介紹了淮劇小鎮的特色和推薦，第二天吃早飯的時候，我們有一個人沒來，直接給了我們2個打包盒打包，阿姨的服務態度也很好，有一個剛上的昂刺魚，阿姨特地跑過來告訴我們這個好吃哈哈 早餐：品種不多，味道很好。 小餛飩好吃 特色的藕粉圓子很香 現炒的鐵板魷魚味道好 但是要注意的是，這個酒店衹有私湯房有温泉，其他房型是不包含的，如果是奔着泡温泉的，不要訂錯房型。 我們這次雖然沒有温泉，但給孩子泡了個澡，他也很開心
