The hotel has a good environment, far from the city, very quiet. It is a surprise to come with hot spring ♨️. It's just that the follow-up service of trip.com is poor. You have to work hard to contact the hotel yourself.  I don't know that trip.com receive service charge is to provide this service quality.

Good points: Having a washroom in the room was convenient. Inconvenient points: When taking a shower, there was no place to put clothes, so I had to put them on the toilet lid...but the toilet lid would open when it detected movement...I wish there were hooks to hang bath towels and clothes.

市街から少し離れたところですが自然の中にグランピングや各施設があってすごくいいロケーションでした　静かで建物にとまりながらもキャンプの雰囲気が感じられて良かった

Breakfast is delicious. A car or motorcycle is essential for getting around. In winter, enjoying a cup of tokkup while watching the flames of the wood-burning stove sounds wonderful.
