7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

非常好的酒店，環境裝修都很好，距離商業街很近，購物和閑逛都很方便，附近也有很多餐廳酒吧和咖啡廳。酒店房間雖小但是很精緻並且有很大的陽台。一層大廳有很多座位，服務人員態度很好，早餐也非常棒！ 總之這是一家非常有特色精緻的希臘酒店，除了房間稍小外沒有任何缺點，推薦！

Very warm Athens hotel, girls arrange 2nd floor and above, boys may have 1st floor (they 0th floor) - feeling is for safety reasons, very intimate. Lavender bags and natural slippers are special. The only bad thing is that there is no paper in the house. (Toothbrush is not normal for disposable items, most European hotels, do not ask them, will not provide special). Breakfast is average, but freshly squeezed orange juice will be delivered, which is great. Colleagues said they could also order a great huge omelette, I didn't try it.

The hotel is quiet and hygienic, the room is large, parking is available at the door, and breakfast is average.

The service is good as well as the location. However, it is not so clean and a few things need renovation.

This hotel is in the Kifissia area of northern Athens, surrounded by the rich area of Athens, the living facilities are more convenient, the supermarket is downstairs, and the hotel is 50 meters around, but the taste is average for the Chinese. Hotel facilities are the domestic express hotel grade. If the budget is limited and the luxury is not pursued, this hotel is still good, and the basic supplies are available. Foreign hotels do not have toothpaste and toothbrushes, and prepare them when you come. The hotel staff is not bad, can't say enthusiasm, but you open your mouth, still willing to help you, English communication is no problem. Don't come here if you don't have money, it's a bit far from the airport.

Hotel was mid, plus there rebooking policy is terrible. I understand i made a terrible mistake without checking the dates for booking. But the whole process was ridiculous and unhelpful staff from hotel when tryjng to explain. Felt like they were very lazy and unhelpful.

Very good, the location is in the center of Kifisia, the location is very eye-catching, there is a small swimming pool, I love summer

The location is slightly off, but the price is right, the serviced apartment is clean, and the parking lot is free🅿️
