Unexpectedly, this country is very friendly, and the hotel's quality is consistently good. It's clean, tidy, and quiet. I highly recommend the hotel's in-house restaurant; the staff there are very warm and welcoming.

Slept comfortably and it was quiet! Having my own private room gave me freedom. Great value for money, around 240+ yuan per night for a private room. I wish there were more rooms designed like this in the US and Northern Europe. It would make world travel much more affordable and comfortable. The location is fantastic. It's about 300 meters to the Old Town and the Pink Church. The room has a ceiling height of about 2.8 meters for 1/3 of its space. The other 2/3, which is the sleeping area, has a ceiling height of about 1.4-1.5 meters. It's a clever design that divides the sleeping space into two, so you and the person in the adjacent room can't see each other, but it's like a bunk bed setup. During my two-night stay, I found the surroundings to be very quiet at night. There's a large public space for leisure and entertainment, with a ping-pong table, board games, etc. There's also a kitchen and a refrigerator. The washrooms are spacious and bright. The front desk staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. The cappuccino was delicious.

Location is a good, my friends are mostly living out of town so they can pick up me easily, downstairs got many coffee shops, restaurants, and still can walk to city centre. The lobby is big, many seats, the room is clean, tidy and bright. The breakfast buffet is very taste, I am sure I will choose this hotel in next trip.

Although the hotel is 8 kilometers away from the city center, the environment is quiet and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff of the hotel has a very good attitude and must give a compliment.

This place blew me away. Spacious room and bathroom and it was the cheapest room in the building. Super comfy bed. A quick walk to the old town. The Finnish sauna, spa and pool is great for relaxing. It is a very high standard hotel. The best. You would have to be hard to please to give this place a bad review.

The stay was pleasant overall. The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby that makes it easy to reach the city center. However, the night staff at the lobby were less helpful compared to the morning team. We felt quite cold at night and asked for a heater, but unfortunately, none were available. Also, basic bathroom amenities were not provided in the room and had to be requested at the lobby.

I wish I had found this hostel sooner! Finally, a place with air conditioning in the sweltering summer. The location is great, right on the canal, beds comfy, en suite kitchenette awesome. Would happily stay here again. :)

It's a little far from the city center, but at least for me it's within walking distance. I personally think the thing that needs to be improved the most is the door. The door lock of the room is so difficult to use that the backpackers in the same room agreed not to close the door when entering or leaving the room...

Everything was great except for the first night (and morning) when there was no hot water for showering. We were told at the front desk that the hotel was overbooked, and the boiler couldn't handle the strain. All the hotel staff were genuinely very kind and tried to help. Overall, I recommend it, just be mindful of whether the hotel is fully booked or not, solely because of the showers.

It was very quiet and had air conditioning, which was nice. Your PIN and bed number will be sent to you in advance when you check in online. So there is no check-in at the front desk. The only thing is that it is a little far from the station.
