The hardware facilities are impeccable, three meals a day, just eat! Downstairs there is a swimming pool, a water park, and its own private beach, the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the five-star hotel, the front desk attendant basically couldn't understand English, which caused me a lot of trouble, and actually tore my Turkish e-printed print file from the passport. I originally stayed for two consecutive nights. After returning to the room the next afternoon, I found that I could not open the door. The original quilt was very thin. I asked for a thick quilt on the way forward and told the front desk in various ways. The final result was to stack the quilt. Heart shaped. . . Overall, not very satisfied.SOLD OUT

When we arrived at the hotel, there was sand in our room. We have fit everything in 2 minutes, cleaned the room.Every day, shower jelly, hair cream, shampoo were given, the room was cleaned beautifully.The kitchens and bed covers were dirty walls, they couldn't wash all the way, so it was a little unsatisfactory.The beach towels were too old and dirty. The hotel has a good food, chicken, fish, but the meat varieties were not served. There were a lot of drunk people in the evening. They were speaking highly. We wanted to sit quietly on the balcony for a glass of wine. But we haven't been allowed to carry the bike in our room.The booking staff is very friendly and helpful and will help you in any matter.There is observation on the beach. Very nice woman. He makes delicious food. There are also alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the beach. There is always enough space, a lot of shells. the sea is clean. but immediately deep. the undersection is stone and sand. walk the beach for 5 minutes through the park with ocaliptus trees. This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.SOLD OUT

|9.76km from city centerWe had the opportunity to stay at Kamelya Selin Hotel for 2 days between January 12-14, 2025. First of all, the first welcome was very warm and sincere from the security guys at the door to the guy at the reception. The room was a standard room enough for 2 people and the ***et was clean. The outdoor pool had heating and hot water in this season, it was open and we loved it, imagine swimming in the pool under the rain, it was beyond perfect. The food was plentiful and delicious, there was everything you wanted. The activities were enough this season, since the hotel was not crowded, it was like being with friends in all activities. Sadettin, who is at the door at the entrance to the hotel, helps everyone from welcoming to sending off. The male bartender at Fika cafe makes very nice latte, I recommend you try it. Billiards and bowling were charged and seemed expensive to us, so I gave a minus for this situation. The toilets used collectively were always clean. The sauna and Turkish bath were clean and they used a nice scent (we asked, they said it was golden amber 😁) It was relaxing. The hotel is 35 years old and the rooms and other furniture need to be renewed. In general, it is a hotel that you will be happy with.

Comfortable pillows (for hotels it is rare, even very good) There is a lot of parking spaces near the hotel. Quite a good breakfast, but we didn't have enough coffee (only tea is distributed here). The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Столовая с красивым видом на море и амфитеатр. Кто любит покушать, завтрак покажется несколько однообразным и скудным. Персонал приветливый и сразу откликнулись на просьбы. Не поставила пятёрку за обслуживание, только из-за неприятности при заселении, администратор настойчиво меня пытался заселить в комнату ниже классом, чем было забронирована и оплачена. Ну и чистота полов может быть лучше. В общем отель рекомендую.

There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach. If you walk, then across the wasteland, 15 minutes, at a fast pace.
The beach is good, sandy, wide coastline, the entrance to the sea is gentle, without stones.
There is a Russian-speaking administrator.
The staff is friendly.
It takes 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city of Sidi at a leisurely pace.
Cons:
- there is no free Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. A day costs 2 dollars.
- the duvet cover was dirty, we asked to replace it.

I think it's a family-run hotel because we were treated like family, not just customers. Mr. Serbay was very attentive and helped us in every way possible, and I owe him a debt of gratitude. Everything was as promised, and our holiday was perfect. This is a hotel that makes you wish you could have stayed another week. You'd be surprised if such wonderful people still exist these days. We owe you the most wonderful time we've had as a nuclear family. I recommend it again and again. The distance to the sea and its location are irrelevant, and minibuses (dolmuş) pass right in front. Don't hesitate; book this hotel; you won't regret it.
