This newly opened hotel boasts a clean and elegant environment, with every corner meticulously maintained. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide attentive, thoughtful service. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

This is one of the larger hotels in Cebu, and it's not too far from the airport or the ferry terminal, making transportation very convenient. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and a supermarket right across the street. Overall, it was a great experience. The photos are of the view from the window.

We enjoyed our room because its very quite, we have a business meeting online but the place was perfect giving us comfortable place to work. Plus, the place is near the airport. We stayed overnight because we need a fetch a family member in the airport. Maayo is perfect when you plan to be eqrly in the airport avoiding traffic.

About a 15-minute Grab ride from Cebu Airport. It was great that we could comfortably unload our luggage upon arrival, as it felt like the hotel's own parking area. Even with a late-night check-in, there were no issues. The facilities are comparable to what you'd find in Japan! The breakfast included onigiri and miso soup, and the taste was decent. The selection was also fair. No complaints there. Since it's right next to a shopping mall, we checked out, stored our luggage, did some shopping, and then moved to our next hotel. Very convenient!

The hotel looks nice, and the staff are generally friendly and smiling, especially the doorman and the guard who were always ready to help get a cab. Its location is convenient, just about 6 minutes away from SM J Mall. However, there were a few disappointments. The photos showed amenities like slippers, but there were none during our stay. The hot shower also wasn’t hot. I originally booked 5 nights for a Superior Executive Room through Trip.com at ₱1,954 per night. Later, I decided to extend for 1 more night, but the front desk charged me over ₱2,900 for that additional night. When I asked why, mentioning that the Trip.com rate was still ₱1,954, the staff advised me to book directly with them instead of using the app, saying it would be “easier.” Unfortunately, that advice wasn’t helpful, and I ended up paying the higher rate. The price difference between ₱1,954 and ₱2,900 for the same room left me very disappointed, and I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

I would like to commend all the staffs from the hotel’s breakfast buffet area. They were so accommodating and ready to assist without a need to be prompted. Was just a bit disappointed at time of check-in when asked if early check-in was possible. Not because that the room wasn’t ready yet but it’s because of the Receptionist’s (Rhea-wearing eye glasses) approach and responses to the said request. Nevertheless, had a good stay and might be coming back to stay.

I used to stay here every month in 2013 back when it was relatively new. I loved it here then. Going back here in 2026 though is a different story. The facilities are clearly outdated. No more buffet breakfast. The positive side though is that the people are wonderful, especially the ones who make it a point to send up my food deliveries to my room. They really take the extra mile to do so with courtesy and sincerity. I just wish they do better with lobby and reception area. It feels lifeless and gloomy. The room I stayed in on the seventh floor was clean though and I love the fact that they have a bidet and that they provide bottled water. My room had a ”mini kitchen” with a sink, refrigerator, and a heater. For the price I paid, it was worth it.

The friendly staff were great, thank you! I'll definitely consider staying here again if I get another chance to visit Cebu. The only downside was getting bitten by a lot of mosquitoes.

very convenient Malapit sa mga malls and marami ka pwedeng mapagpipilian .. theres also some spas near and walking distance lang mura pa the staff are very accommodating. they are not really strict pag may bisita ka will book again next time
