I wouldn't recommend this hotel; the Wi-Fi is terrible. After complaining to the front desk, they gave me a Wi-Fi booster, which improved the signal, but I still couldn't access anything except WeChat. It's really bizarre.

We were on the 5th floor, but the location was not good. Probably because of the direction! The staff were friendly. The room seemed spacious. The amenities were average, and the bathroom had an ammonia smell, which was disappointing.

Miyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

A minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit warm. 🌬️ 🏨 The hotel’s location near the JR train station and the shopping area is just a 15-minute walk. 🚙 Parking is available in the basement for 1000 Yen per night. I’d recommend dropping off luggage at the entrance before parking for convenience. 👩🏻💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.

Located near to the bus stop that can easily access to Miyazaki airport, aoshima island, miyako city, etc., As the name suggests, hotel ”mango”, all the facilities are made with mango, it's really good idea. Free dessert(mango ice-cream) has also amazing taste. Thank you very much.
