Located in the heart of town (120ft. from St. Mary’s Catholic church. Nestled near many town attractions 1 mile Mt.Angel Abby .5 mile to Benedictine sisters brewery 4 miles to Silverton 5miles to The Oregon Garden18 miles to Silver Falls State park Plenty of room for the family & parkingIt’s older, quiet & very comfortable. Large backyard to enjoy a nice bbq. Pet friendly w/fence to keep your furry friend safe. You will hear the Church Bells chime. explore the charming town. This is an older home and it does not have a central AC unit throughout the house. However, there is a portable large AC unit installed in the living rooms main window. There are fans throughout the house.*Queen Air mattress is available *There is a room in the house that is off-limits. It is completely locked. It is my personal room when I go and stay there. This room is not available to anyone. *No access to the basement.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Smoking or Vapping IN THE HOUSE. A fee of $200.00will be applied if evidence of smoking in the house is evident..About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.SOLD OUT
