My wife and I and our son recently went to Trang, Thailand and stayed at Kachong Hills Tented Resort. It is a beautiful and fantastic resort surrounded by lush greenery of natural forest, majestic mountain range in the backdrop and a well thought out landscaped garden that exudes a sense of tranquillity and delight. I find it very easy to go to the resort by car. On arrival, Winnie at the registration greeted us with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The guests servicing staff were very friendly and helpful with our luggages. Kudos to them, they gave me a rather pleasant and memorable impression. We stayed at the resort for 4 days and 3 nights from 8 to 11 August 24 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The customer service was superb. We felt very relaxed to move around the resort. The foods at the restaurant were yummy and yet not too pricey. They were fresh, of high quality and well presented too. We were treated with many choices to please our palates. The customer service at the restaurant was excellent. Thanks to the many friendly and attentive staff like Map and others, but especially to Mos, the GM of the resort, he was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Another plus to the resort was that it also provided us with a visit to the Kachong Hills Waterfalls nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort and would definitely recommend it to our family members and friends and anyone going for a holiday in Thailand.
