Location is great. River view is good too. 8 minute walk from the wtc stations and it is convenient for anyone who works around the area. Staffs are friendly. Had some trouble in the beginning as toiletries were missing and took more than 30 mins to get them. Wouldn’t suggest dining in this hotel. Better to have breakfast bagel at Leo’s in wallst.

The location is super convenient, right next to Times Square, making it easy to catch a Broadway show. I especially loved the breakfast; the dining area was beautiful and the food was delicious. You can choose from breakfast sets or order à la carte. They even give you free tickets to MoMA when you check in! The hotel is only about a ten-minute walk from MoMA, and my daughter went two days in a row!

This is a great hotel 1. First of all, the location is very good, located on Park Avenue and 28th Street, next to Fifth Avenue and only 1 minute away from the 28th Street subway station, which is very convenient for going to North or South Manhattan. We took the subway to Sumit, then walked along the way to Times Square and the shopping street, and finally passed the Empire State Building and walked back in less than half an hour! 2. A 5-minute walk away is a large supermarket WholeFood. It has a large buffet restaurant with a lot of oriental food, which is very convenient and delicious. There are nearly 10 kinds of soups to choose from. The buffet has a lot of cold dishes and cooked food. It feels like the problem of eating is completely solved. In addition, it also includes a sushi restaurant and a pizza restaurant, so no matter what kind of diet you need, it can be solved. Although the price is not as cheap as imagined, in New York, I think it is worth the money 😊 3. Although the equipment in the room is a bit old, it is modern so it doesn't look old. In addition, the size of the room is considered large in New York, which is a big advantage. 4. We stayed here for four nights. Room number 1401 was at least very quiet. The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of malls, souvenir shops, convenience stores, and popular restaurants – it's incredibly convenient. Although it's a Marriott property, it definitely doesn't live up to a five-star standard; it's more comparable to a budget hotel in China. The lobby is on the 8th floor, and you're pretty much on your own throughout your stay, with no real service to speak of. The room itself is very spacious, indeed over 30 square meters, so opening four suitcases at once is no problem. However, for those with higher expectations for a hotel, the room facilities and general environment are quite ordinary, especially considering the price isn't cheap at all. Even coming in the off-season in mid-November, it was nearly 3,000 per night.

The room size was average, but the location was great, right in the Financial District, about 200 meters from the Charging Bull and Wall Street. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was clean, and the sausages were tasty, though I wouldn't want them every day. Early check-in required a $150 deposit. The elevators were a bit small and you had to wait, but that's normal for a building with so many floors. The other guests were nice, mostly tourists, and everyone said 'good morning' when you saw them.

The location is really good and easy to access, i stayed only 1 night because i got there late and it's really close to the Penn station, I walked only 3-5 mins to get there. Food at the ticktock was very nice though and i love that the room was soooo clean and functional. Highly recommend! :)

Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location and a fantastic, modern hotel. Everything was very clean, and our room had excellent views over the city. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the lifts — the queues were long and most of the time only one out of four seemed to be working. It would also be helpful if the £10 daily credit could roll over. Despite this, I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again. We even spotted a very famous photographer staying there at the same time!

The front desk staff were proactive in trying to solve problems, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We didn’t want to know, but we ended up learning the hair color of the previous guest. Having only two elevators was an inconvenience, but the relaxed pace of travel made it more tolerable. The hot water and coffee were really great.
