The hotel is large in scale, close to the highway, and the old-fashioned North American style pier and berth buildings are very eye-catching. The hardware is quite satisfactory, the rooms are clean and tidy, overnight parking is charged, and most reservations do not include breakfast, but there is a commercial dining area, breakfast cafe, and even a delicious Chinese restaurant within six or seven minutes' drive.FromUS$111

Very frustrating experience. In the middle of my stay, my room keys were suddenly deactivated and stopped working. This happened after a long night of driving, so having to walk all the way back to the front office just to deal with a key issue was extremely stressful and annoying. The front desk was not able to clearly explain why the keys had been canceled, and I also had trouble getting the situation resolved. On top of that, the parking situation is terrible and made the experience even more frustrating after a long drive. After traveling all day, the last thing you want is to arrive at your hotel and find that your room key no longer works. A hotel should make things easier for guests, not create additional problems during the stay. Definitely not the experience I expected.FromUS$112

I came for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Very clean room and there are free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Also there is gym room and laundry room as well. I love the pool there even though it was quite cold these past two days. I love the breakfast as well. Lastly, it was closed to Petaluma outlet and it was nice this morning to go shopping.
