The hotel itself is a historical building, and every corner is like a work of art! The room is quite large, and I was surprised that they even gave me a small gift bag (eye mask, earplugs, etc.), unlimited free water, but the mini bar needs to be charged, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is also a local brand, which is very moisturizing.
The breakfast options are relatively few compared to 5-star hotels. We stayed for 3 nights and the variety of breakfast did not change. This needs to be improved (because even some 4-star hotels have better products and varieties than this)
The room cleaning is not timely. The next day, we even had to call them to change the toiletries, and many equipments took a long time to be delivered.
The service is basically very warm and considerate.
The location is really super convenient, and you can walk everywhere.FromUS$332

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view.

The Hotel is a true 5 star. Unbeatable location facing the sea. The staff very professional. They are aware of everything but you don't know. Period palace with a new part very well integrated. The view was nice and pretty.. I went to Porto more than I thought around Ssangbentu Station, but rather than moving around the East Louis Bridge, there were more things going up there than going around the East Louis Bridge, so if you want to see the view for a while, you should use this hotel. I think other locations would be better.. I asked if I could change it, not the first room I booked, but the first day was late anyway, so I just passed by and said I would change it the next day and I forgot.. The breakfast in the restaurant was pretty good and friendly, and there is nothing to be satisfied with other facilities, but there are many hotels that are half priced at that location, so it seems that it is not worth it.FromUS$292

The hotel is located at a great location close to Trindade station, the premium room is not so big, there is only a tabouret, the bed is quite hard to sleep on and making noise when you move around. The water pressure in the shower was good.I had an issue with the sink and it was fixed lmmediately. The elevator was making weird noise and it was fixed after I reported it. There is a bar on the 9th floor which is lound late in the evening - the receptioniwt took care of it and they turned the volume down. The staff at the reception (especially Maria) and the restaurant were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was okay - the eggs should be fried properly and juices were really bad. The coffee quality should be better too. I would consider returning to this hotel despite the issues I had.FromUS$139

We checked in, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great touch that the staff member offered to show us a map of Porto and the key things he would recommend doing in the city.
I can’t stress enough just what an excellent location this hotel is in, no public transport is required. All the key sights are within a short walking distance. It is also very walkable from the train station.
The room was great, with adequate lighting, a huge TV and some excellent shower products. The bed was relatively firm and comfortable.
We enjoyed breakfast for the 3 nights. There had been a miscommunication about the price of this, however, the hotel manager was very helpful in rectifying this via email communication after the stay.
The young female staff member we engaged with for breakfast each morning was also very friendly, warm yet professional.
As IHG Platinum members we decided to try this Hilton property and were not disappointed. It was excellent from start to finish and the prompt reply and rectification from the hotel manager is testament to the care, detail and excellent management of this property. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto.FromUS$170

I liked the most among European hotels I went to this time on my honeymoon.
It's a small but lovely and very pretty hotel.
When I was curious, it was said that it was built in 1829, but it is in excellent condition. It was rather antique and very good.
When you open the window, the view is so pretty as if it were in a fairy tale.
In the plaza in front, they perform performances, and they are gathered right in front of the bar restaurant, so the location is the best.
If I go back to Porto, I will definitely stay at this hotel!!

This hotel is conveniently located very close to São Bento station, so even with a lot of luggage, the walk isn't a problem. The hotel itself is very clean, and the toilet and shower are separated. There's also a changing area with a wall, providing good privacy even though there isn't a door. I stayed for three nights, and during my stay, it was my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised with a cake and wine! If I ever come back to Porto, I'd definitely want to stay here again.FromUS$200

A great hotel in the center of Porto. Fantastic location. Staff very friendly. I booked a private room but since room was not available they upgraded me to a suite which was nice. The facilities fully met our expectations- with a comfortable room and bed and an excellent shower. The breakfasts were first class with a good range of dishes available. First of all, we received a very warm welcome.
Good thing is the view is stunning at this price.
Ok, the bad thing is the wifi is non-existing.
Breakfast you might need to queue up for 15-20 mins to be seated, it’s not that the tables are not enough, it’s just the recover is too slow.
During the midnight you couldn’t open the windows due to the noise from the car racing in the street almost the whole night.

The hotel is located right by City Hall, with a metro station directly outside. It's just over 300 meters from Porto Sao Bento train station, and all the attractions in the Old Town are within walking distance. There are various restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant and housekeepers, were warm and proactive. The location is good, but the software configuration is still far from five-star. It is especially unacceptable that a twin room is equipped with a fully transparent shower room. Fortunately, there is a double room available for non-transparent rooms, but the logic does not make sense!

We happened to be there on the eve of Festa de São João, and the hotel even provided inflatable plastic hammers for everyone to 'friendly tap' each other on the street for fun. We could also watch the fireworks from our balcony at night! Highly recommended.

The breakfast was pretty good too. However, regarding breakfast, even when it's clearly not busy, they kept cramming people into two-person tables. I wish they would stop doing that. Wouldn't it be better to spread people out or let them use a four-person table if it's empty? They kept forcing people into consecutive two-person tables, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. I hope they improve their service in this area.
As for amenities, like everywhere else in Europe, there were no toothbrushes or other personal items provided.
