The room is clean and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting and ventilation are particularly good, the bathroom facilities are complete and clean, the sound insulation effect is superb, and the night is good. Super invincible sea view room, downstairs is the sea of clear fish, not awkward, will go to this hotel again. Super satisfied and happy. We bought a snorkeling device and had a great time. The breakfast is plentiful, sitting outside and looking at the sea, it feels great.12 Reviews

It is my 4th or 5th stay in the Hotel 'Neboder', so it says something about my attitude towards it. It is situated in the very center of Rijeka, it has parking free of charge. The entrance of the apartment is very dirty and ugly. We had to go through garbage collection point and public toilets. Moreover, it's very hard to walk up more than twenty steps with a suitcase nearly 20 kgs.
The contact lady does not communicate with us well before we arrive. She only said what she wanted to say, for example, how to pay and how much the rent was, but not even answer us one question.

Only challenge was the bad service at beach and seafront (using a barcode) wasn’t working at all, and speaking to others hadn’t for ages
