Overall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation.
I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one.
Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up.
I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside.From$234

The style of the hotel is modern, the appearance is unremarkable, the hotel is very clean, the bathroom is very good, the decoration of the room is very general, even a bit ugly, especially the curtains. But the important thing is to have air-conditioning. For those traveling to Switzerland at the end of June, air-conditioning is so important. Most hotels in Switzerland do not have air-conditioning. (35 degrees lasts until nine o'clock in the evening, indoors are usually hotter than outdoors.) The breakfast is quite satisfactory and acceptable. It was the perfect spot for our overnight trip to St Gallen. Closely located near a main train station with good connections into town. Plenty of blue zone parking around the area, which works well if you are coming for an over night trip. You also have the option to park at the hotel for an additional cost. We opted to buy a day ticket for the blue zone area.From$101

The accommodation is very well located, near the city centre. The rooms are very clean. When booking via a platform something had not been successful, the support has solved the problem immediately and then I could check in without a chance. I didn't find a furnace. A small waste pad in the room would also be good. Pictures are not hanging in the room... it is very spartanian and cool furnished. But would book again at any time if needed. Price for 1 night absolutely OK! There is a large and modern parking (Einstein). For short-term parking it is very expensive. From 16:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. I paid 45 CHF.From$94

From my perspective, the service was good. The hotel incorporates some modern technology, including a service bot that delivers drinks directly to your room upon request.
There is a Japanese restaurant within the hotel. While I find it slightly overpriced, this is, of course, a matter of perspective.
For example, if you buy a drink and do not finish it, there is no way to keep it cool, which leads to unnecessary waste. Having a fridge would also allow guests to grab a cold drink whenever they need one.
I also noticed that the room was somewhat noisy due to the construction work around the hotel.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for a short business trip to St. Gallen.

To be improved: checkin process, really before visiting you need to enter the details in their webpage to get the passcode for door or entry for that you need Booking confirmation number starting with B. Unfortunately me and also other guest over there have not received, but their customercare was so good they immediately helped by sharing the code and complete the process.
So over all except checkin process, all other was so good and we enjoyed.
Those who book this apartment plz call to customer care and get your booking id and keep the passcode ready before your travel.
Over all loved the stay!
