1) my first room’s temp control didn’t wor. I had to repack and go to another room.
2)Room card kept erasing and had to go beck to the desk and get it reloaded
3)lamp on the desk didn’t work.
4) black around the tub caulking.
5)first morning only a couple of muffins. Desk said they expect another delivery soon. No juice. Second morning nothing for breakfast. No compensation.
5) very noisy. Walls are thin. Young adults screaming and yelling parting. 1 o’’’ clock in the morning men outside the room talking loudly we’re as I could here every thing being said. Didn’t want to get dressed and go in the hallway to tell them to shut up. No sleep.

This establishment has the most amazing staff who are so accommodating, kind, and compassionate. Each and every one of them go out of their way to make sure it's guests every need with a smile. They had just done some remodeling and the rooms are beautiful and clean. They have the most amazing hot tub which you can see below pictured. It is unlike any other in the area and absolutely beautiful with their two waterfalls and big enough to have a party in. They give you the feeling it's like one big family. I feel welcomed and cared for. They definitely leave the lights it more importantly ... The genuinely leave their smiles on! I have yet to see anyone without a smile here. Including fellow guests. The room is in good condition. I live in an executive twin room. The room is large. The only downside is that it is old. The mattress should have been used for many years. The bed is 1.5 meters wide and just fits 2 people to sleep. The covered quilt is a blanket and there is a blanket below. The big sheets are similar to the way hotels in China were more than a decade ago. Although there are two-package clauses at the time of booking, the breakfast is very simple. Just put a juice machine and coffee machine on the side of the front desk, a snack box, a small fruit bowl, and stand there to eat a snack mat. I am embarrassed to eat too much. This hotel is still ok for a night of walking. I lived on weekends. The price has doubled. If the price is around 400 yuan, the price is still very high.
