The concierge were very helpful. For the price I paid, breakfast should have been included. The parking facility and proximity to the Metro is a plus. Not too many good restaurants in the vicinity but many options within a train ride.

We took the airport shuttle 🚌 from Malpensa Airport to the train station, then changed to bus No. 87 to the hotel. The area around the hotel was a bit deserted, so there weren't many options for dining out. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. and luckily there was a room available, so we checked in immediately. On our first stop in Europe, we immediately experienced the hospitality and attentiveness of the Italians ☺️... The uncle in a black suit at the front desk enthusiastically asked about our travel plans. Knowing that we were going to Paris the next day, he enthusiastically told us about transportation routes and told us to pack breakfast boxes to take away. It was really thoughtful. Thank you again.

The hotel is well-positioned, close to a big mall with eateries. On the weekend staff couldn't keep up with the breakfast, many things were empty even coffee cups were missing. Reception took the complain onboard and didn't charge us for couple of breakfasts. We occupied 5 rooms, more could have been done. Appreciate the free parking possibility in the garage. All up was a pleaeent stay

It's really a great hotel. The guy at the front desk has round eyes and a nice smile. He is very patient in answering your questions. The uncle in the bar area will also recommend you suitable wine~ The lady with glasses on the night shift is also very nice! Everyone will say hello to you~ If you want to experience the Italian style, you can go for it if you don't like the hotel or like it to be close, because it takes half an hour to get to the city center by subway. There is a big park next to it, which should be their local living area~ I hope it can help you~

September 2024 Hotels at a few minutes walk from the sixth metro station were round and you reach any point in Milan in a very short time. The walls and decorations are also beautiful. P. I thank the receptionist who, after having heard what my lucky number was, gave me the keys of the room with that number (it was available as not yet occupied by anyone). I will certainly return to that area if necessary.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well (I spotted some blood spots in the bathroom), the wi-fi in the room was so bad I had to use mobile data, the bed wasn’t too comfortable either. No kettle or coffeemaker in the room. The location’s good though, very close to M1 metro. The staff were nice.

Hotel Europa is conveniently located about 3 minutes walk (flat) from the nearby metro station. It’s safe to walk back to the hotel from the metro station. The hotel shows signs of dated even with some partial remodeling. The room and its furniture are dated but are kept clean. Bathroom is super small and no hooks or a good place to put towels or clothings. Breakfast is decent. Breakfast coffee was freshly made by staff to guests’ taste, which deserved a 5/5 review. All staff are friendly and helpful. They reminded us being alert was critical to avoid being pickpocketed and which areas to avoid.

This hotel is located on an upper floor of what feels like a deserted complex. There's a spiral driveway leading up, but guests usually don't use it, making it really hard for first-time visitors to find the entrance, especially at night. When I arrived late at night to see an exhibition in Milan, I drove around three times, asked two people for directions, and still couldn't find it. On my third loop, I finally met a local who pointed the way. It was so complicated! Why don't they clearly mark how to get to the hotel? It's incredibly inconvenient! Maybe it's easier to find during the day, but at night, once I finally found the way, it felt like I was entering a horror movie scene. Why would a hotel choose such a location?! The next day, when checking out, there was no elevator directly down to the ground floor for a taxi. I had to walk down the spiral road! It was a terrible experience! I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it's genuinely frustrating.
