The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot. Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.

This is the best choice if you want to watch the World Cup or baseball games. AT&T Stadium is a 7-minute walk away, and the Texas Rangers stadium is right across the street from the hotel. There are many bars nearby, but not many restaurant options. As for the hotel itself, the lobby service is good, especially the staff at the 1F Italian restaurant, who provide excellent and warm service. The room size is also sufficient. I requested a room directly facing AT&T Stadium, and the view was absolutely amazing. I seriously give it a 5-star recommendation!

It was in the center of the stockyard and it was very convenient to be able to return to the room for a break. The room was quite large and the sofa was very comfortable to sit on. There was a door between the bathroom and the washbasin, so it was easy to prepare. I thought it would be better to have a stronger water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a color 々 type, and the cup was luxurious because it used glass instead of paper cup. I wanted to wash myself, but it was a little disappointing that there was no laundry, but I wanted to use it again.

This hotel is great with the exception of what seems to be sideline management. The lady that runs the front desk every morning has a horrific negative attitude and is rude and belittling to each customer. She deals with it was hard to see her treat people that way, and even harder when she did it to myself and my.Fiance as well.  often times no one will be available at the receptionist desk or other things that make me question the involvement of management also the ladies attitude is so terrible. There’s no way the manager has not got other complaints or hasn’t noticed it. She has got to go she should be a prison warden or something instead.

Just transferred at Dallas Airport, overnight, many hotels around the airport, chose this one. Many of the reviews on Ctrip are to grab the English comments on the external network, there are many bad reviews, and the rating is low. I went to bookings to check, this hotel scored more than 8 points and did not lose to nearby hotels. Staying in the United States for one night 5-6 100 yuan, the hotel is equipped with a free airport shuttle bus, including breakfast for 2 people, and it is also content. In fact, the hotel is a bit old, but the health and service are very good, not as unbearable as some foreigners. The shuttle bus to the airport departs on the hour, and the flight from the airport to the hotel is uncertain. After you get off the plane, you need to call the hotel front desk and tell her which terminal you are in, so that the driver can pick you up when you shuttle to several terminals. DF/W Airport actually has several ABCDEF terminals, and you need to take a small train between the buildings. There is a taxi stop area for pick-up on the side of the road in each terminal. The buses of each hotel are parked in the area of the purple brand Courtesy Vans, and many passengers are waiting. The body of the hotel car has the hotel name and logo printed. If you are satisfied, don't forget to stuff a little tip to the driver. They have a low base salary and rely on this to improve their lives.

REALLY comfortable beds but hostile cleaning staff. As long as you're just there for business and don't hang out in the room you'll love it. I had a lot of work to do in the room and I had to deal with the cleaning girl SLAMMING the door next to me violently over and over again. This was not just her carelessly letting the door slam, it went on for hours every single day. I don't understand passive aggressive staff like this. If you really hate your job that much just find something else you actually enjoy. It ruined what could have been an awesome few days in Dallas, and I actually decided to stop staying at Hilton hotels just because of this cleaning person who kept doing ”slam attacks” against me. Just goes to show, one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire brand.

The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.
