New beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful interiors, beautiful and diverse breakfast. On weekend breakfast, they pour champagne. The room is very quiet, good noise insulation, we have a great sleep. There is a heated pool, a panoramic sauna and a hamm, and a beautiful Luna lounge on the roof in the evening in the pool area. There are minor drawbacks: There was no welcome cookies and gel for the shower in our room, the slippers are broken by the seam after two days, it is necessary to change them constantly, the elevators are very slow, one elevator at all didn't work, it was necessary to wait long for the elevator, The bar at the pool was not a beer, there was no proseko, there was only a TV room, there was no smart TV or at least YouTube. The barman in the lobby on the first floor doesn't know the price of the drinks at all, looking for a long time in the menu for the cost of the beer to calculate on the map. These little things didn 't affect our vacation, we spent three beautiful days in this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday inn. I initially booked just one night before we departed to our Uzbekistan trip and wanted to stay another night in a different hotel on return to capital but later changed my booking to holiday inn again for another night as we were satisfied with the service and location. So many dining options you could stay for a week and not finish trying new restaurants. The rooms were quite standard as in most Holiday inns but the service from the staff and the location made this experience really great. Oh and breakfast is very rich as well. Lots of both savory and sweet options!

I liked it very, very much — the cleanliness, the location, and the service were all excellent. It’s in a very good location. I also ordered breakfast to the room, and I didn’t expect it to be such a big breakfast. There was an incredible amount of food for just one person, and it was very delicious. The staff were friendly and very kind. I really liked it.

Hotel was clean and has a good location if you want a quiet area away from the hustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have vendo machines and a really good restaurant too. Wasn't able to post much photos as we were dead tired but good thing the place helped us to be well rested.

This boutique hotel in Tashkent is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and liquor stores. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools, a sauna, and a rich breakfast buffet with a diverse selection to satisfy different tastes. The staff are friendly and professional; the front desk service is excellent, with staff able to communicate in English and eager to help guests with any issues. Some guests specifically highlighted the attentive service from the staff, especially with luggage and when encountering difficulties. Overall, the hotel's convenient location and easy access make it an ideal choice for accommodation. The only downside is the soundproofing.

First off, the in-room Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve, hoping to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the CCTV4 signal was poor and then cut out completely. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it was a bit cold and not particularly tasty. However, the staff member there was quite enthusiastic. There's an ATM in the lobby for cash withdrawals, which accepts Visa, but UnionPay cards didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and the Uzbekistan Hotel. When we checked out, an older gentleman was charmingly playing the piano in the lobby bar, all smiles~

The day I arrived hotel. My flight was delayed so I reach next morning around 8:30. It was so hot. Taxi driver cheat me as well. When reach hotel they give me room as I book suite. After I reach hotel my room AC was not working properly. I was angry and wanna change room. But The manager of hotel he was very nice and cooperative person. He go with me room and check the AC remote and it was not set as cool because of reception boy. He treat me with good behavior and let me smoke in room as well. I really happy to stay there after AC get working properly. The main reason is nice and good behavior of Manager (forget His Name). Overall this hotel is in good locations. Easy to go anywhere. I really enjoyed my 4 nights there. Mina restaurant of Top Roof amazing. Will stay again if they Allow me smoke in room 🤭🤭🤭

The hotel is undergoing renovations on the top floor, so it can be a bit noisy during the day. The room doors don't close well, leading to loud slamming all the time. In my room, the faucet was leaking, and the bed linen wasn't very white, although the towels were changed daily. Shampoos and soaps were replenished regularly. Overall, it's clean, but a little 'tired' and there are many guests with small children. It's quiet at night. The breakfasts are quite good with plenty of choices and quick replenishment. They offer porridge, 2-3 types of eggs, cheese, cold cuts, pancakes, fritters, fresh vegetables, battered vegetables, battered chicken fillet, sausages, and sweet pastries. Drinks include tea, coffee, milk, juice, water, and fruit punch.

The room itself is quite decent. Electronic key card entry. The linens were clean and odorless, and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a kettle, soap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The value for money is excellent. The biggest issue is the almost complete lack of internet and the staff's indifference to fixing it.

The receptionist responded on my request immediately and solved all the issues with professional way. He (the receptionist name is Jasur) has real service mind and does his best to make the guest pleasant stay. Thank you again! Also, I liked this hotel's location very well! You can use Tashkent city tour bus just in front of this hotel. I recommend tgis hotel. It is so symbolic hotel! Actually many people say that this hotel is so old. But considering hotel's age (52 years old!), I didn't find any problem about using all the facility in the hotel. I learned the hotel's age when I used city tour bus, the English aidio explanation says that 'Uzbekistan hotel got its guest since 1974! :) Plus, Uzbekistan hotel has amazing view in 17th floor. You can see Timur Park and his statue. The man staff who works in the 17th floor café opens the windows for me when I was looking at the view there. Thank you! Overall, I spent nice 2 nights stay in Uzbekistan hotel.
