Unlike the usual traditional hot spring hotels, if you prefer traditional large, parking someone out to greet guests, get luggage, here will not be, and the surrounding environment is very general. However, the mainstay is drinking from the moment of check in at 3:00pm until around 10:00pm. Free flow beers cocktails fruit wine throughout, free flow sake for dinner. Wine lovers must be happy, but the room is cluttered, maybe I stay in the cheapest double double room. Because when booking there are no beautiful rooms to choose from.

Clean hotel, location quite central, easy to find supermarket and CVS. We were trapped in heavy snow on the way back from a very bad tour. Hotel was hesitant to pick us up; we were cold and trapped outside and they were about to cancel our dinner even though we have paid for it. Also, the hotel will only answer your call between 09:00 and 19:00; what a lame service … hotel should be ready to answer its guests’ call 24 hrs, especially when you charge your guest over 170 USD per night per person!

The hotel staff is very nice. The food is so delicious. The room is so big and the decorations are very good. The hot spring facilities are excellent. If you like cats, you will be very pleased to meet the landlord cat . It is a very beautiful cat. It's better to take a taxi to the hotel from Tendo JR station as it needs to take 15 minutes. It's not good to walk if the pavement is covered with snow.

Although the price of accommodation including one room and two meals is nearly NT$20,000, after personal experience, I really feel that this hotel is worth it... 1. When checking in, a dedicated person will deliver the luggage to the room. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Japanese garden in the lobby on the first floor while drinking coffee/green tea/matcha/drinks carefully prepared by the hotel. At this time, they can feel the hotel's care! 2. You can pre-select a dining time for dinner and breakfast the next day, and you can dine in a small private room with your roommate, and there is a dedicated person to serve you. The meals are exquisite and delicious, and the ingredients are all served in exquisite Japanese small utensils. After experiencing it, I feel that the money spent is worth it... Third, there are hot spring pools indoors and outdoors, and the hot springs are really flowing in them. The outdoor pools are very Japanese-style. It is a rare life enjoyment to be able to soak in the hot springs in the hot springs on snowy days! Fourth, there are only 22 rooms in the entire hotel, and the floors are all tatami. The beautiful scenery and good soup really make tourists relax and sigh, what more could they ask for in a husband!

The room was a good size and had no problem opening two large suitcases. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were too thin. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which is good for a business hotel, especially the variety of breads is quite attractive. There are only about 10 parking spaces outside the hotel. Once they are full, you can park in another large parking lot about 60 meters away.

Convenient location in tendo City, road station and restaurants are also nearby It was easy to move. There was also a coffee server and a bath, so I was able to spend a very meaningful time. Breakfast was also included, and I was happy to eat Imoni and Tamakonnyaku.

Very nice of the hotel to fetch us from Tendo station, their email replies are very prompt too! This hotel is probably the tallest and biggest in Tendo. They help to make the bed too! Amazing buffet breakfast and Kaiseki dinner which I didn’t expect it! The view from the room is spectacular! Just one question is that not sure the 2kg rice that they gave us was expired haha but quite cute of a gift however too heavy for travellers! Overall love my stay here, beyond my expectations!

We had an absolutely an amazing stay in Tedoso. First, the hot spring there is amazing. We had never felt so relaxed in a hot spring before. The hot water and the cold weather is completely in harmony. Second, the service is sooooooo nice. They always welcomed us and out in a lot more effort than they needed to. Third, the environment is astounding. The Japanese style and the room is way beyond our expectations. The hotel is so neat and delicate, which made us feel like we’re in a whole new world. Last, the food is spectacular. We had food ranging from big and juicy pieces of sukiyaki beef to nicely cut and flavored sashimi. Our experience at this hotel is exquisite, and the price is highly reasonable, our family highly recommend you to visit Tendoso and give it a try. I’m sure you and your family would have a remarkable experience.

The front desk was kind and taught me in detail about sightseeing and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable to use. It was helpful that there were many outlets. I just heard the voice in the next room. Maybe it was exciting to drink with several people. I would be happy if the amenities were a little more substantial.
