Nice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers).
And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame.
It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient.
We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.From$116

As I was on a business travel I cared only about quiet room to recover, the receptionist fulfilled my request and even more, I got an option of a late checkout at no extra cost. The breakfas was very good, the onle thing I was disappointex with was the drinks from sirup callex juices (in Greece!). Overally I am very happy with my stay, altough redecoration that takes place around the lobby area gives an odd first impression :)From$81

Although the Monastery is not famous for the quality of the environment it offers, it is a convenient area with a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki. The hotel offers a comfortable service, daily hygiene, the expected breakfast even a parking space. The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room.

A very clean hotel in the center of Thessaloniki. It is at walking distance for strolling along the docks and shopping at the shops, and this is a very important comfort because it is very difficult to find a car park. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but there is plenty of parking nearby and there is a valet service, albeit for a fee.
The reception staff are very friendly and attentive. They are very helpful, even though I don't speak Greek or English. We got along with their body language.
Our room was small, facing the back, but we were comfortable. There was always hot water in the shower. I liked the shampoo and conditioner. We walked around during the day and used it to sleep at night, so it wasn't too tight.
It was within walking distance of the house where Atatürk was born.
Breakfast is open buffet; The baked goods and jam are delicious.
If I go again, I will definitely stay at the city hotel, and I recommend it to you too.From$78

The hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.From$87

|1.05km from city centerI stayed here in October, and the weather was beautiful. I took one bus from the airport straight to the hotel and it was fast and easy to local. It's located about 10 - 15mins walk to the white tower and sea side. You can see the port and the cruise boat docking from the sea view.
There are lots of places to eat.
Room size OK, shower cubicle is very small
No kettle in room for tea and it not free when you order in the hotel for a night cap.
Breakfast is good not of option but good. It would be nice to visit in summer with kids.

Generally, the location is not the best, but still is 15-20 minutes walk to centre. I liked the key-free access and the email response was almost instant on both times I emailed them!
On the negative side. Broken glass found in kitchen area and tables and shelves were really not cleaned properly. No cloth availability to clean by myself. I would expect more from a ”luxury” studio

I completely missed it and almost missed checking in. (Password required to enter)
I couldn't have reached the hotel without a kind Turkish man opening the door for me.
When I checked out, there was no one at the counter, so I didn't have to speak face-to-face.
Also, I felt that the room was not cleaned properly. It looks like the floor is dusty.
