I stayed for 4 nights in room 208 for a golf break, and on the whole, my stay was satisfactory. My spacious room looked out onto the car park and main road, and was wonderfully cleaned and tidied daily, and there was everything I needed. Check in/out was easy, and the small TV had smart functions, so you can watch most channels, free WIFI. Parking can be a problem, as the club is pretty busy from early morning with golfers arriving and also nearby workers using the ”free” car park to park and walk to work making parking spots tight. The hotel is within easy walking distance from eatery's, shops, the beach etc., so that's useful. My AC unit in the lounge (no AC in bedroom) was very noisy, and so I could'nt use it, so had to have the windows open which let road noise in. Food and drinks are not cheap, but I did receive a complimentary guest card which helped. Yes, I would stay here again.

I stayed at Novotel Wollongong over the weekend with my two kids, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right across from the beach—and the views were beautiful. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a small family, and the kids loved having plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was great with lots of options, and the facilities were convenient and easy to access. My kids especially enjoyed the surroundings and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my children. I’d definitely come back again and recommend Novotel Wollongong to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 

The room was clean and well maintained, with plenty of towels, and the shared bathrooms were also clean. However, the hotel is located on a very busy road, and due to the single-glazed windows the noise level in the room was extremely high. In addition, the wooden floors make it very loud when guests walk in the rooms above. Unfortunately, despite using earplugs, it was almost impossible to sleep, which overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of the stay.

Great location with everything you need within the hotel, restaurant, pool, gym etc. Excellent customer service for resolving the issue during my stay. Thank you.

We stayed at Kula Wollongong in July as a family and had a great experience. The apartments were clean, spacious, and very affordable compared to other options in the area. The location was excellent — close to the beach, cafes, and shops, making it easy to get around. Having a car was convenient since parking was available, which made our stay stress-free. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for comfort, good value, and convenience in Wollongong. 10/10

Located in the town of Wollongong, this motel provides the good stay for families if don’t want to travel long way from Sydney to Canberra, enjoyed the natural, the room is spacious, cleanliness okay, multiple beds, can see some lizards wandering outside, according to motel keeper, it is harmless and no poison.

the service was good apart from the Key didn't open the front door. For how old the motel is I suppose it was alright.Air conditioner need an upgrade. The dog that barked all night and a cat carrying on. Didn't get much sleep.

We arrived after hours and our check in was very smooth. Parking spots are available for free at the back of the hotel. The room that we have was room #1 and it exceeded our expections. The room is modern, beds were comfortable, the toilet was very clean. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a stay near Fairy Meadow area.

We booked two rooms for 7 people. Bunk bed room and a queen bed room. The location was great, eating places great nearby, room was very clean and the front staff were very friendly. Only reason I gave a 3 star on the cleanliness was that my daughter found a stain on her doona and did not want to use it. It was late so we just used a blanket that we had with us. However that said, I would definitely stay there the next time I am in Wollongong.

Rooms were clean and bright. Toilets although not ensuite were well maintained. Noice is a small issue as hotel sits at a junction and with windows opened,traffic is noticeable in the mornings. Otherwise a pleasant stay
