The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.
They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.
The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.From$35

The customer service is poor and the food needs to be called from mobile and ordered and the problem is no signal. There is so much of network problem and internet issue which the management need to work on. Kettle is not working for hot water. OkFrom$71

Gb castle is a nice place to stay both for families as well as bachelor trip. It's a 4 bed room guest house well maintained. Accessible by decent roads. No food available within the premises is the only drawback. Of-course outside food can be ordered and fetched.From$46
