Its okay for business travel

I went to zamboanga city to attend a wedding, i requested for a flat iron because our outfits needed repressing. It took more than 24 hrs and 3 calls/requests before i got an iron with burnt underside, so i ended up wearing a wrinkled outfit in the niqah ceremony. I was wondering maybe they have only one iron for the whole hotel? That’s lousy service in my opinion.

It was a good stay. The food is ok, the staff are accommodating. One problem I have during my stay, their students/OJTs lack proper orientation on customer service. They clustered, so noisy along the corridors or on stairs, not mindful of hotel guests resting, or maybe still sleeping in rooms. They were always in groups. Elevator scenarios: Together they rushed in instead of allowing the hotel guests to get out first. The same scenarios in corridors. I think they should be briefed on proper ethics for hotel guests before deploying them.

Very good and nice place. Friendly staffs and services are good. Nice restaurant food.

The hotel staff is very strict in terms of check in time, I arrived to the hotel at 1130am and they ask me if il do early check in, since there is extra charge I went out and leave my baggage in the hotel and I come back to the hotel at 0145pm , but I waited until 2pm then they let me check in to the reception at exactly 2pm. The room is clean but the bedsheet is dirty , there is a stain on the bed in all the corner .. kindly see the photos .

The hotel service, location and cleanliness are all excellent except for the wi-fi or poor internet connection. I booked a De Luxe hotel for my parents who are seniors so they can relax and enjoy watching fave movies, series, browse internet while resting and most importantly that we can easily connect to check them thus, the room has a poor wifi connection. Both were unable to use wifi during their 5 day stay and need to use their own data. They can connect to hotels wifi but need to go near the room door, least expected to a De Luxe Room. We were expecting that they will have a good wifi connection as its a De Luxe Room and an expensive room. Kindly improve your internet connection especially to your senior guests who wish to chill and relax only and can no longer use other amenities for their safety. Thank you.

The room are nice and clean specially the ambiance is relaxing. The staff are friendly.

I stayed for 5 nights. Room is okay, comfy. Smart location as well. Staff are also attentive to your needs. If there would be things for improvement, I think in the cleanliness part, specifically the towels, I notice that some towels are not properly washed even after requesting a new one.

Great stay!. Very convenient and accessible to town proper.
