I had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation. The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career. Many Thanks.

Great value for money, just a 5-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area, and plenty of shops around the hotel. Although it's an older hotel with a design from over a decade ago, it's been recently renovated. Overall, it's pretty good; the bathroom fixtures are new, there's new carpeting, and no strange smells in the room. The bed is also comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

We tried to check in a little early, no problem being told, ”rooms not ready yet.” Told to come back in one hour. We did and was told rooms still not ready, come back in another hour. We did and was told only ONE of our TWO rooms were ready, the other wasn't clean yet. We were given the key to the one room and decided to stay there until the other was finished and ready for us. It was a very wet and cold day outside. We needed the heater turned on to make the room comfortable. Smoke immediately started coming from the unit. I went to front desk to advise them of the issue hoping we could get better accommodations. The front desk attendant, Mark, was extremely helpful. He came up to inspect the unit and immediately unplugged it. Then he decided to check the other room were to be staying in and IT WAS CLEAN. He was just not told it was cleaned. The staff cleaning the rooms were at the end of the hall standing around barely making an effort. Long story short, the facility was in a great location, Mark, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the Comfort Inn was lacking.

You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

Booked for the IHG on the name of the hotel, the location is not far from the waterfall scenic spot for ten minutes. The hotel is a bit noisy on the roadside, and the room size can have a small balcony. Swipe the card at check-in for 250 US dollars deposit, leave the store for a month without refund, contact Trip.com customer service hotel side insists that it has been refunded, provide bank notification news is still still, really speechless 😓 The first time I encountered such an outrageous, I have not released the customer deposit does not know what operation? Remind that it is not like not to retreat. It is not like the style of IHG's hotels at all!

When you exit Buffalo Airport, there's a bus stop on the left. I think it's bus number 72, which takes you downtown for two dollars. Then, at the main bus station, you can transfer to a bus to Niagara Falls, which seems to be only two dollars per person, but the journey is quite long, about two hours. A ride-hailing service costs about $60-70, while a taxi costs around $100 and takes a little over half an hour. When the bus arrives, you'll see the hotel. It's nice, with spacious rooms, but the breakfast is average, with almost nothing to eat.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

La casa è molto bella e tipica americana. La posizione tutto sommato è comoda perché in pochi minuti di auto si arriva alle cascate. Il parcheggio dietro casa è utilissimo. In casa si sta molto bene. La cucina a disposizione permette di cucinare e poter consumare qualsiasi pasto in autonomia. È vero che non è offerta una colazione completa, ma è offerta frutta fresca, te di ogni qualità, altre bevande, cereali, latte e ogni cosa necessaria per cucinare, quindi secondo me è anche meglio di un classico b&b. Siamo stati bene con la temperatura anche se non c'è modo.di controllarla autonomamente. La doccia è spaziosa. Il parquet fa un po' di rumore ma è ovvio che sia così visto che è originale e molto bello. Al piano di sopra nessun problema e in ogni caso per qualche rumore di troppo (nulla di assurdo) bastano dei tappi. Il proprietario è stato cordiale e disponibile. C'è la sensazione di essere un po' sotto controllo, ma non in maniera sgradevole. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la dimensione del letto visto che lo spazio ci sarebbe.

It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.

He came up to inspect the unit and immediately unplugged it. Then he decided to check the other room were to be staying in and IT WAS CLEAN. He was just not told it was cleaned. The staff cleaning the rooms were at the end of the hall standing around barely making an effort. Long story short, the facility was in a great location, Mark, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the Comfort Inn was lacking.

GGuest UserWe tried to check in a little early, no problem being told, ”rooms not ready yet.” Told to come back in one hour. We did and was told rooms still not ready, come back in another hour. We did and was told only ONE of our TWO rooms were ready, the other wasn't clean yet. We were given the key to the one room and decided to stay there until the other was finished and ready for us. It was a very wet and cold day outside. We needed the heater turned on to make the room comfortable. Smoke immediately started coming from the unit. I went to front desk to advise them of the issue hoping we could get better accommodations. The front desk attendant, Mark, was extremely helpful. The family drove to Niagara Falls to play in the hotel near the waterfall. The hotel is opened by Indians. It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.
